My five star rating reflects my experience working with John at Title Barrier. He responded immediately to questions with clear honest answers. When our county recorder office was dragging its feet on processing our notice, John intervened and got the job done.
This is the only company I could find that actually help prevent people from trying to steal properties using fraud - I have already had this happen so I am very happy to have found title barrier
I’m incredibly happy with this title monitoring service.
I’m a real estate investor, and I had lent money on a private-money rehab project. I wanted a simple way to keep an eye on the title and know immediately if anything changed.
Their customer service was outstanding. They were incredibly responsive to my emails, and the pricing was very affordable. They even went above and beyond by pulling documents from the county recorder’s office when I was having trouble figuring out which liens had been filed against the property.
It’s clear they know this business inside and out. If you’re looking for a reliable title monitoring service to help protect your ownership or security interest in a property, I highly recommend them.

Had not heard of this service before, only the companies that monitor recordings against your property. Total game changer. The value in preventing an adverse filing over getting help to fix such an existential threat is easy to understand. Easy, quick process, especially with such helpful customer service. It is a good feeling knowing now you don't have to hope this threat doesn't happen to you.
So efficient! The process to create an account took minutes, which included verifying that my house belonged to me. On another site, I saw people were still waiting for a "postcard" to verify ownership 3 days after registering. All done instantly here. I received my receipt and scan of my property at 4:21; at 7:42, the closing documents were ready to view, sign, and notarize. 8:47 documents were notarized. 9:09 process complete, including being recorded with the county. Three hours!! I had to call John 3 times with questions. Each time he answered the phone. Everything was done online, quickly (very important to me) and seamlessly. I am glad I chose Title Barrier. The way this initial process was handled, I feel really secure in their hands.
