The website was easy to navigate, and it was easy to select the product I required. The information regarding description of options and prices were clearly available.
The documents I ordered were promptly delivered to my email within the time period specified.

Very quick and easy to use, Title was back in a few minutes.

It was an easy site to use. Very user friendly. A remarkably quick response giving me the information I requested. They even contacted me when there was a little hitch on my side, which was sorted. I found it an easy experience from someone very inexperienced.

Beware. This company charges you for a utility check list that anyone can get for free.

They charged $80 for a certificate of title when you can get it from the official government website for only $8 (search landata on google)

I looked at their price and thought "that's a bit high for a Certificate of Title", so I went searching.

Other options offered, insisted that I needed the add-ons. Others recommended Insurance Cover, for the unknown future and I thought "really, I just want a basic Certificate of Title without the extra offers". So yes, I came back to Title Check and I don't regret my choice

I would suggest that there be an option to create a virtual certificate instead of one record in text?
Im wanting to send this information formally to 2 family members so they have all they need in case if my death, or incapacitation.

Great after hours service to establish current owner/s, before making offer on said property/s to Realtor.

Change of name very important to tell you that the property owner has changed but the extra info in other is a worry.
It does have major issue's with a fence and a shared pontoon stuffed up by council. Their was a boundary notice issued which previous owner blew up about.
I give a tip.
NEVER HELP YOUR NEIGHBOUR WITH A PRIVACY FENCE.
HE WILL USE IT AGAINST YOU.
He can do anything.
In waterfront areas it can be a legal nigthmare.
When you had a protection brick fence and the neighbour took the privacy fence and smashed the protected brick fence down low below high water mark in an old boat shed you have serious trouble. Wash out behind and ùnder your seawall. Very serious situation. Cause erotic virus health issues. Sweet sydrome etc. 9 weeks in hospital.
Privacy fence is over 20 years old. Major issue about 8 years ago. When identified the issue it took some time to get all the facts together. Neighbour was going to be tough.
