Our car was damaged by hotel workersâŠ
Our car was damaged by hotel workers during our stay at this hotel. Instead of being notified at the time of the incident and at checkout we discovered the damage when valet returned our car and I questioned the damage to only be told at that point that it was an employee and it had been reported internally. We were never contacted by management or ownership and NEVER received an apology for the incident or their lack of follow up. Finally after multiple emails and calls on our part we receive an email skirting responsibility and zero apology for the incident. I took care of the damage myself, ate the cost, and chalked up to a terrible experience.
This was the most egregious lack of responsibility, accountability, and service I have experienced by a hotel. We have gone here for many years and this will be the last!! Buyer beware.
