I love Tiypn! The owner explained they recently blew up (like 20k followers in a month) so shipping took a little longer cause of all the orders but I didn’t mind waiting at all!! Love their pants and will be ordering again soon

Order took over 6 weeks to arrive absolutely no updates, asked for a return or even an exchange but they don’t do international returns, small time joke of a company!!!!

If a company is willing to deliver internationally then should be able to receive returns internationally, I was willing to pay a fee to do a return or even an exchange.

Sad really cause jeans are decent but definitely won’t be ordering again and gutted can’t go lower than one star.

Came in a bit slow but pants fit great

pants took like two months to ship, the email i sent to follow up bounced, and they came SUPER smelly. i threw them in a load and it just made ALL of the clothes in that load smelly. DO NOT BUY

I wish I could go higher than 5 stars after receiving my product . Not only was the customer service extraordinary, but so was the product. I ordered every color way of pants and they did not disappoint . Thank you Tiypn

I am extremely disappointed. After waiting for over 5 weeks for my order, they suddenly issued a refund out of nowhere. I never asked for a refund; I wanted my product! It feels like a total waste of time. Extremely unprofessional behavior. Avoid this company.

I ordered a pair of jeans in late October and they have still not arrived, now the 2nd week of December. They sent an email on 11/25 saying they were inundated with “Black Friday” shoppers and orders were now delayed up to 7 weeks. I ordered well before Thanksgiving with no updates. I have no idea how to get the $75 dollars back from this company.
