Had a really good experience at TJD today, was served by John, who took time out to really help me and with his product knowledge and excellent customer service skills . would highly recommend T J D Models and would not hesitate to use them again.

It is the best the best shop that you can access in England also it is highly helpful with service as I bought a outlaw offroad 30mph 4wd rc truck he also gave me good advice for my budget and what rc car would he recommend for my budget. they also have cheap and affordable prices for big and powerfull rc.

After a bad bad experience elsewhere (those who should not be named!): I bought a Nanda NRB5 and Chris and John were helpful and reassuring. I turned up on a really busy day as they were preparing for an event: BUT Chris took the time to show me videos of the product and also honoured a web discount in store and never felt rushed. Just the kind of positive experience I wanted. Taking my son next week to buy him his first 1/10 RC that they suggested: a Traxxas Skully or the XL Stampede and my son is so excited! Keep up the good work.......

Hard working friendly staff keeping one of the few radio control focused model shops going with a fantastic stock level. Well worth a visit while the wife is shopping at Bluewater (2.6 miles away).

TJD Models were fantastic when I purchased a Bigwig from them in March 2017. They stayed opened late to accommodate an important release date, so I was able to collect that day. They have been excellent with some after sales care also. Would buy from them again and would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I visited Tjd models shop today to try and fix my servo for my Rc car and the men were very helpful and knowledgeable knowing what they were doing.They fixed my problem very quickly and was definitely worth the visit;my car is now running perfectly well thanks to Tjd models.I highly recommend them!

I ordered a double transmitter box on line and then the day after I had to ring TJD models direct as I had to change delivery address. I found the staff extremely helpful and obliging. When parcel was delivered it came very well packed. I would highly recommended TJD models
