Great customer service. Phoned me to advise of delivery cost of large bulky item to off mainland destination using their standard carrier, which was high, and person dealing from TJD found a cheaper alternative and deducted their standard mainland delivery cost because the cost of my order would have qualified for free mainland delivery. The service from TJD Models is first class, they have a large stock and competitive prices, and go out of their way to help. Highly recommended.

Good quick delivery with the items I wanted in stock.

The title says it all - I ordered Friday morning, it was dispatched Friday afternoon and arrived Monday morning. What more can you want?!

TJD gave me a quality service and fast delivery on something no other shop had.

Was so happy when I found TJD Models. It's the wrong side of the Dartford Crossing for me, but well worth the drive.
My 2nd plane came from here, (shame the 1st didn't, too!) and I've been a customer ever since.
They often have the lowest price on models, good stock levels and relationships with suppliers.
Only had to return two things ever, a charger and a Dynam T-28, (spar snapped) both times things were sorted out without hassle, (albeit with a bit of a wait for plane).
Friendly and helpful staff with a great RC plane display team.
Definitely would recommend this shop to anyone with an interest in RC.

Good friendly service from John down at TJD's today. Nice to talk to someone who knows his business and products.

Always very helpful and hold a good stock of models and building parts.

Owners, management an staff always willing to help with any problems you have with models. The shop is always well stocked with various models and accessory's from plastic kits to radio controlled cars, boats and aircraft. If not in stock they will order it for you and give you a phone call when in. a pleasure to deal with.

They have a great range of stocked items which means you can visit and see the actual items and get advice before purchasing. The shop also has a good website which makes it easy to check out the items and pricing information.

This is a very well stocked shop with excellent customer service.

This shop is 23 miles from my home but well worth the journey.The shop has all my needs and excellent and very friendly service.

I have been going to TJD models for years. All staff are extremely knowledgeable and always more than happy to help.

I went in for parts for an engine rebuild and they did it for me then and there, explaining what they are doing step by step. Even got a cup to tea.

I would consider TJD to be the best model shop in the South East. Highly recommended.

As a relative newbie to RC aircraft these guys gave me honest and straight forward advice and were genuinely interested in each and every customer that I saw there.

Been back since and will be back again.

I have been coming here for a while for a few rc cars and buggies I have, every time i leave i have a huge amount of knowledge on my problems and how to fix this but when it comes to tuning they are the people to go to. All my upgrades have been spot on and all the info given was perfect and like some places I have been to they try to sell the top part straight away but they took the time to tell me all the stages I can go and various prices ranges to suite me.
