T J Ross replaced all windows and woodwork on a Victorian style porch for us. From our very initial discussions with Alyn, to visiting their factory and works being carried out, we found all involved extremely professional, efficient and keen to meet client expectations. The joiners involved carried out the work to a very high standard and left no mess throughout.
We are delighted with the final result and would highly recommend T J Ross for bespoke projects.

From the first initial meeting with TJRoss everything went smoothly, from the factory visit, placing the order for four sash and case windows and the fitting, everything was perfect.
The staff were very professional and prompt in responding to emails and fitters left the house tidy and clean after fitting the windows.

We used TJ Ross to replace our large timber bay windows in our townhouse. These windows form a significant part of the front and rear of the house and are quite unusual in their construction.
The quality and finish of the windows was very good.
There were some challenges during the installation which caused the work to take longer than expected, but this was dealt with well by TJ Ross, by sending more people to keep things progressing.
We had a couple of minor snagging issues after installation and these were dealt with promptly. In my view this is when you find out what a company is really like as they have already been paid, and in this case TJ Ross dealt with the issues very well.

We came across TJ Ross walking past their showroom in Edinburgh, and sought a quote from them to do six windows (four sash & case) and an external door. We subsequently found out friends had used them, and highly recommended them.

From the outset, all interactions with them were professional, honest and helpful. The installation was quick, efficient and highly professional. We are very happy indeed with the top-quality outcome, and have no hesitation in recommending TJRoss

We used TJ Ross to provide 2 back doors for our house 2 years ago. As a result of our positive experience we didn't bother to get alternative quotes for a new front door and garden gate this year. Outstanding level of workmanship; not cheap but you get what you pay for.

TJ Ross were our preferred choice of five potential suppliers. They were able to supply long-lasting hardwood windows with broad cavity double glazing for good thermal and acoustic insulation. Their quote was clear and detailed. Communication and installation were professional. I have worked with them previously and hope to work with them again.

High quality workmanship and approach, with attention to detail. Great staff. Everything was on time and as expected. We were impressed with our visit to the workshop in Glenrothes.

After three quotes by far the most professional and most detailed bid came from TJ Ross. The work, pricing structure and time scales were clearly explained. Their showroom allowed us to see the windows in place and in detailed cutaway view and all the representatives of the company we dealt with were polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

The installation itself was pain free, with friendly and capable fitters who left good after care advice as well as touch up paint etc as well as tidying up the work area inside and out.

I don't usually write reviews but on this occasion I am happy to evangelise.

From our first contact with TJ Doors we experienced a very high quality level of service, including being invited to their showroom and given a tour of their manufacturing workshop which allowed us to develop a good sense of the effort required to produce a high quality product.

I also note that they took into account the direction of the door and recommended avoiding certain colour shades so as not to be bleached by the sun.

From the office personnel who responded to any/all enquiries in a timely manner through to the highly capable joiners who not only removed our old door but installed our new frame and door efficiently and responsibly at all times we felt informed and fully away of the process - there were no surprises.

We had one small issue post installation which they attended to quickly and efficiently which has left us both feeling very positive about our whole experience.

The help here was very good. Initial phone enquiry was was handled and the house visit and measuring was quickly arranged, and thoroughly done.
I made a mistake with the colour code I provided for the paint and the quality control, based on the site visit picked that up.
Installation was within the time planned and carried out by a polite, cheery and professional team. Fitting in a wet-wall boarded bathroom was very well done leaving a great finish.

Absolutely delighted with the ordering& fitting of windows and doors. The fitters were superb. They did a fantastic job, came promptly, & got on with the job efficiently but with complete attention to detail . Really great guys too.
This is the second time I’ve used TJ Ross and have been delighted on both occasions. The office staff communicate really well before the fitting & probably most importantly the windows and doors are of a high specification and look really fantastic. I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

From start to finish - really impressive. I had quite a major job to do and it was quite tricky so the input from (all the companies) at the very first design and quote stage was crucial to making me feel comfortable with going ahead and spending such a substantial amount. With Tj Ross the contact was excellent and after various plans and options were discussed at length - not only was this design a lot more customised/ in depth and detailed than the others - I was pleasantly surprised that their Quote wasn't the most expensive! No-brainer. The work was undertaken in 2 phases - and with both phases the craftsmanship was fantastic. The installation was incredibly quick whilst being of the minimum inconvenience and mess. Already had a few vistors complimenting on such a good job.

We planned to replace the existing plastic front door for quite a while but we werent sure about the designs we found. We came across TJ Ross and have to say that the service, bespoke design and fitting of the door has been excellent from start to finish. We’re delighted with the outcome.

Based on neighbours' excellent experience, we decided to have two old double-glazed windows replaced by TJRoss. The ordering/measuring process was smooth and efficient; the new units were installed yesterday, as agreed, and seem very well made (time will tell). The installer was competent and polite; all waste materials were removed, minor damage to plasterboard that occurred during removal of the old units was repaired, floors swept clean. Full marks to TJRoss.

A positive experience all round. I visited the showroom after online research, looking for a new solid wood front door, where the owner patiently and enthusiastically discussed options. The office kept us well informed of progress while the doorset was manufactured in the workshop. Onsite installation was carried out cheerfully and professionally, and the guys cleaned up afterwards. I'm really happy with both the product and the service. Thank you!

We visited the showroom which was stunningly laid out. Martin's advice was excellent and he took the time to explain to us the different window options open to us. He had windows available to demonstrate what he was referring to, which were of top quality, and clearly built by highly skilled craftsmen.
