ordered on a Tuesday before 2pm, had no confirmation email but amount was taken from bank. Nearly a week after and still not heard back or received the product.

I have not received my order. Still waiting for my order to arrive. Said it would arrive on the 6th of March. Look a the order tells on it's way. So please look into this and tell me what is going on

J'ai enfin eu l'occasion de tester la TKTX verte, elle fonctionne vraiment bien, après 1h de pose j'ai pu avoir 2h30 de tranquillité, au delà la douleur revient progressivement ! Très pratique pour les grosses sessions tattoo.
La creme a été livrée rapidement !

It turns out my order was placed on a fake website imitating TKTX, not the official site. That explains the hidden charges and the lack of response. To be clear: my negative experience was not with the real TKTX company. I cannot rate the original TKTX business, since I never ordered from them. My warning is simply: be very careful — there are scam sites pretending to be TKTX.

I ordered TKTX Tattoo cream within the EU (to Romania), and their website claims that orders ship from Europe with no extra VAT or charges. Instead, my package came from the UK and I had to pay an additional 20% on top of the price. On top of that, my emails were completely ignored — no response at all from the seller. Very unprofessional and misleading. I will never order from them again. Stay away!

J’ai reçu le colis mais la mithra n’a pas fonctionné (2 tubes entiers en couche épaisse sous film pendant 2h…)
Donc bon je ne sais pas si c’est une bonne crème
