Just bought them. I am disappointed. It is filled with Paraben and other chemicals.

Just received this foundation too light does not go to appropriatel colour for me which I had read reviews. RUBBISH

Ordered 2 bottles of TLM colour changing foundation, very unhappy with the product, it does not change to adapt to my skin tone, it just looks like I have no makeup on at all. Would not recommend this product to anyone, just feel ripped off

Useless item no colour change at all my face is a lovely colour white😩

My 82 yr old Mother ordered the foundation on 24th December 2022 and to date has not received her product.
Initially, TLM used Covid as an excuse which was understandable but they have stopped responding to her emails for a refund or to please send the product to Australia. The money was deducted from her Credit card and Bank fee too for money conversion.TLM please prove you are not Scammers and contact me to help my Mother.

The foundation is great, I love it. The customer service is absolute GARBAGE. Says ships in 7 days of less yet its been a month & a half & my order hasn’t even shipped. They don’t respond to emails & they don’t offer refunds. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! Go to amazon, they’ll actually send it to you & respond to any questions or concerns.

Just a TERRIBLE website & not worth my business anymore. Still waiting to hear back or get my order :/

My order has never arrived - emails unanswered. I tried another email address and was told this was not placed at the TLM store and to always order from the “Real TLM” store??? Who is legitimate??
Disappointing….

Never received the product! Emailed three times and still no response… buyer be ware!! Grrrr!

Numéro de suivi fourni inutilisable, le site du transporteur indique que le colis n'est pas répertorié. Impossible de les joindre par e-mail et pas de numéro de téléphone. Aucune réponse malgré de nombreuses relances électroniques. Un mois et demi après l'achat toujours rien. A fuir!!

Ordered in January 2022, from TLM foundation Cosmetics via Facebook. AU$51.47 was taken from my account and was supposed to arrive 29 Jan.. of course nothing arrived. They replied to my follow up email offering refund or resend.. I asked for resend but still nothing arrived.
I’ve sent numerous emails but no replies have been received.
I can still login and check my account which show I’ve paid but the contact page no longer works and there’s no telephone number so they are untraceable.
Wish there was some way of getting my money back and who to report them to?
AVOID THIS COMPANY.. SCUMS SCAMMED ME!

Commande passé fin mars début avril et toujours rien début mai de plus j'avais reçu un lien m'indiquant l'envoi du produit hors quand on click dessus cela marque introuvable et j'envoie sans cesse des mails sans réponse de leur part

Commande passer le 22 avril toujours rien reçu, pourtant mon compte à bien etait débiter 😡à éviter +++++.
Vraiment déçu, on fait confiance et souvent arnaquer, pour ma part déjà 2 fois.

bonjour j'ai passé commande le 08 avril, ma commande a ete debité bien sur et je n'ai rien reçu, j'ai envoyé plusieurs mails, bien sur aucunes réponses, hélas ce site est frauduleux c'est une arnaque à éviter à tout prix, de vrais VOLEURS, j'attends toujours ma commande ou je demande à être remboursé intégralement
Nous ne pouvons même pas les appeler, c'est une honte

Zéro si c'était possible ! Ce sont des voleurs ! Je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande qui date d'octobre : au début ils disent que ça va arriver, qu'il y a du retard et ensuite plus personne ne répond aux mails ! Évidemment aucun remboursement n'a été fait ! A éviter à tous prix !! Surtout qu'on trouve le même produit sur aliexpress, moins cher bien sûr !

Produits de qualité médiocres vendus à un prix de produits de qualité, le rendu n'a rien à voir avec la réalité, leurs photos sur le site sont clairement des fakes, faux commentaires positifs via Facebook, ils vous bloquent et ne vous répondent plus si vous mettez un avis négatif, idem pour le service client, grosse arnaque surtout ne commandez pas! Également signalé à l'organisme compétent pour tenter d'arrêter cette arnaque. A fuir!

Envois depuis le Luxembourg sous le nom Peinifen. Des produits de chine qui ne vous ai pas indiqué..un service client inexistant et ils vous bloque sur Facebook si vous avez le culot de signaler l'arnaque..Site a FUIR!.

This is my second review on this company and not much better than the first. After my first review I received an update stating that my order should be received between October 30 to November 4. This update was dated October 26, They would add the tracking number on October 27. That date has come and gone and still no tracking number. This is November 4 and nothing has been received. One mistake I did was to say I felt like I donated $62 to this company, the actual amount was $65. I have never ever seen customer service This bad. Not doing, as I said before what they promised to do.

I ordered 2foundations plus 1 free in May this and paid over £20 and heard nothing from them at all. I have my order number but have received nothing. Very angry.

TLM colour changing foundation is absolutely awful! Comes out bright orange blotches! It also made my skin itchy and I came out in a rash and I literally had it on for 5 minutes! Had to wash it off! DO NOT BUY!
