We stayed in a house in La Tejita for 9 days booked through TMD Life Group and had a great experience.

The house was excellent: clean, comfortable and fully equipped for a relaxing stay. It has three levels with a private garage, two bedrooms and several terraces where it was very nice to relax in the evenings.

The residential complex is quiet, beautiful and well maintained. There is also a swimming pool very close to the house. The location is very convenient — about a 10-minute walk to the beautiful La Tejita beach, and there are shops and restaurants nearby.

Special thanks to our agent Lenard, who was very responsive and answered all our questions quickly during our stay.

Overall, everything was smooth and we would definitely recommend renting with TMD Life Group.

Had over the years several booking with TMD life Group. It was always a great experience. Totally uncomplicated, helpful and polite.
They respond very fast to all the requests. The properties were always in good condition, nothing was missing and they looked exactly as in the photos.

Excellent communication. Easy booking service. Very easy to contact the friendly, approachable representative for our holiday villa. Everything was explained thoroughly. Any issues were sorted promptly. Very convenient airport meet and greet transfer, which alleviated queues for taxi. We loved the Townhouse and especially its position. We really enjoyed our holiday and felt confident that we were being very well looked after. We will be returning next year.

We enjoyed 100% of our stay in apartment 206 in Olympia.
The studio is very nicely decorated and everything you need for a nice holiday is there. The view from the terrace is beautiful. Communication with the landlord was flawless.
In short, highly recommended for those who want to enjoy this island.
