I placed an order in September 2025, items I paid for I never received. It’s now a few days before JANUARY 2026 , still being told it’s ‘on the way’ and to be patient. I have sent them multiple emails, asking them to honor their very own policy written on their website and refund my money. Not only is this a scam, it’s run by overtly obvious scammers, all their emails are in text-speak (SMS language) form, like you are conversing with a 12-year-old.

Never received order. After a month, they said they would resend. Never received the one that was “resent”. Have contacted them daily, no response. Total scam. Do not buy anything g from this website.

After a month of waiting for medical products, I asked for a refund. They told me to call my bank and tell them that the "clothes" that I purchased were not delivered. That was the only way I would get a refund.
SCAMMERS!!!

Irresponsive website. Nobody is there for your queries. No representative is there who reply to your question. They have a WhatsApp number which is inactive. They don't call or text you for order confirmation. If you call or text them they don't respond.
