My experience with TNT has been extremely disappointing. I paid for a delivery that was supposed to arrive on Wednesday, 1st April, and it still has not been delivered. I received a call on Thursday claiming the driver couldn’t reach the address, only to discover that the address was cut off in your system. After correcting it, I was promised delivery on Friday — nothing arrived.
What made the situation worse is the complete lack of accessible customer support. Your website redirects me to FedEx, and FedEx then tells me to contact TNT. When I call the number provided, it loops me back to FedEx again. There is no way to reach a TNT agent, no escalation option, and no functional support channel.
This is not acceptable for a logistics company. I rely on this delivery for my work, and the combination of failed delivery, poor communication, and an unusable support system has caused significant disruption. TNT needs to fix both its delivery reliability and its customer service pathways urgently.

TNT showed a complete lack of respect and helpfulness — they cancelled my return without notice, and the assistant I spoke to was unhelpful, rude, and didn’t even try to understand my problem. Completely unacceptable.

Driver failed to show-up for a collection - no apology, no effort to reschedule. Called their FedEx support number (they own TNT since 2016), and on their end it said the packages were collected despite the fact I was still looking at them! Had to tell them I wasn't hallucinating when they tried again to insist they'd been collected. Cannot recommend this firm - totally unreliable, and clearly untrustworthy..

A case on a pallet was delivered to me damaged by TNT/Fedex, the contents were also damaged as a result. Looks like it may have been dropped. Now sending the case and contents back to get repaired. The supplier has AGAIN booked TNT/Fedex, this time to collect and return. They haven't turned up to collect the shipment when they said thay would, customer service is not helpful in any way. Keep getting fobbed off and told to refer to the website having taken the day off from work to facilitate this. TERRIBLE experience with this company, avoid if possible.

WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY !!!!
a) package should have been delivered (within EU, so no customs) within 3 day's, still don't have it after 2 weeks ....
b) package got 'damaged' is mentioned if I use tracking code ...
c) totally no info to receiver, TNT not reachable via any means of communications ....

I'm so glad that our company decided to switch to DHL in the future ....

I consider it a waste of time and my money to be
paying for TNT. I wanted to watch Friday Fight Night, which was box office. I could not because it wasn't listed. I am paying Sky Ireland more than one hundred
euro for my viewing and broadband. Broadband is OK but viewing and especially TNT have a hell of a lot of catching up to do. I am going to review my products with sky Ireland, I am not going to pay for poor service.

ZERO STARS! They have the complete full address including Eircode, confirmed by me and the shipper. Been over a week and still no package. They say they need a unit number to deliver, which is bull, they have the address. (We don't have a unit number) First, they made me email for clearance, which isn't needed, and then said they returned the parcel. Guess what? Lying, and it never left Tallaght. Sounds like a little scam is going on over there. Bet lots of items end up in someone's car. As of now, STILL WAITING, but don't worry it's on the way to the closest delivery depot, regardless of being held only 35 minutes from my address. Absolute garbage.

Absolute disaster of a courier company, and masterful liars to boot. My package has been in Tallaght since June 6th, and remains there, and no one knows why. Not the seller who sent me the goods, nor the courier who has it, but doesn't know where it is. If you ever see TNT is the courier responsible for your delivery, go elsewhere.

I was expecting a delivery before 6pm on 14/4. I still don’t have my parcel. My supplier has confirmed they provided my full address and eircode to TNT, yet everyday, my parcel states “shipment now at depot nearest to delivery address”. This Company is completely useless. You cannot contact them by phone, you can only fill in a contact form. I will no longer use any suppliers that use them as a delivery service. I would give them no stars.

Fraudulent company try to extort charges but cannot tell you what for! Avoid these scammers.

"The pickup was scheduled for February 20th, but the driver only arrived on February 24th. In the meantime, I received no updates and had to call 10 times to get information. I have to say, even a rating of 0 would be too generous for this experience."

I had to collect my package right after storm Éowyn finished. Couldn’t wait so I drove to Tallaght to collect it from the sprawling depot. Managed to get help from staff to track it down so fair play on that note.

Five negative stars would even be too much. Delivery announced for the 23/12. No news, no phone call, but each and every day the online tracking was updated with 'Shipment arrived at TNT location' or 'Shipment now at depot nearest to delivery address'. And yesterday they finally have sent it back to the seller, indicating 'Unfortunately our TNT system doesn't identify the delivery address.'. Funny enough, yesterday as well, I got a delivery... with TNT... And in Ireland, with the Eirode, there is no excuse. Run away if someone proposes to you a delivery with TNT, you'll never receive it.

TNT - the absolute WORST courier company on the planet. Delivery due on Tuesday 16th December and got this message on tracking: "Tallaght - Connection delay. Natural Causes. Recovery actions underway". Wednesday: "Consignment is out for delivery before 18.00" - except it wasn't. Thursday: "Back in Shannon depot "Held awaiting correct address". They had the correct address for the past 3 days! Finally, delivered by a 3rd party courier (not TNT, not Fedex).

Client filled out an application and can not get a copy of it with out sending it a written request which will take 14 days . To apply for different rental property now she has to get another report and pay again or wait for 14 days . This is the worst tenant screening company . Do not use them unless you have time to wait and money to waist.

Worst Shipping company in the world. I have a package that they need to come to my house and pick it up, but they never come and don't call. I registered for the second time and they didn't come back today. I don't understand why Apple is working with this disgusting company.

TNT is the worst courier company, although calling them a courier company is an exaggeration because courier companies deliver packages and they do not, there is no contact with them, the package has already been delayed for 4 days, no information when it will be delivered, the phone number provided on the website does not work, this company is a SCAM

Never on time and systems are a joke

I have an incomming delivery and I have been sent a bill for vat etc. My account with Fedex is in credit so I want to offest this credit against the new bill. Nearly everytime I get a bill from Fedex its has a different account no. I tried to telephone them, what a joke. After selecting 'Accounts Payable' I am transferred to the UK Prison Visit Booking system....what!!!!! I tried every other option but just got a recorded message telling me to check their website or send an email. I have emailed a number of times but every email is ignored. I have never come across such contemptuous treatment of a custmer by anyone before. To say they just don't care is an understatement.
