After some research and speaking with a few different design agencies, we met with Toast and felt right away that they were the agency to work with us to refresh our outdated brand. Our old logo had been in situ for 25+ years and there was a lot of nostalgia and pride in the family-owned business and brand that Techrete had built over 38 years, so it was a daunting task that needed to be handled with sensitivity. Toast listened to the brief and feedback carefully, were responsive and reliable in terms of timeframes, and the end result is a logo design and colour palette that is universally liked across the business (no easy task). The Toast design team were incredibly helpful and patient with our project.
It was our first attempt at a brochure and they took the time over emails and calls to talk us through every step and idea. They were incredibly responsive to all of our needs and we really felt they understood and listened to what the company needed and created some amazing designs. We have just migrated our website to Wordpress and Toast has helped us with the design of the new site and the migration of all the content. The project was fairly complex due to the number of pages and the requirement of keeping the same URL and website structure. Toast design helped us throughout the project from planning to post go-live checks. They have demonstrated great knowledge and expertise.

I've worked with Toast on some smaller ad-hoc projects over the last 3 or so years, but we recently tasked them with a large brand refresh that needed doing and doing quickly! The team are fabulous and the brand refresh has gone down a storm worldwide. The team (especially Adam) ALWAYS reply extremely quickly, help out at the 11th hour on projects and never say no or push back, which is SO amazing for me, when I'm juggling so many projects, I just know that they'll deliver quickly and it will be perfect first time. They are truly a great partner for us and one we'll keep using through the years. Thanks!

Toast and the web support team, especially Aaron, Devan and Charlotte have always been so helpful with our website and support over the last few years (including all my challenging requests!)

The ticket system they use is always really quick and you get a response pretty much straight away or within a day maximum.

Toast worked on our first impact report so it was a steep learning curve for us and involved a number of amends and changes along the way.
