Honestly surprised by how thick this hoodie is. Quality feels solid and my son looks so handsome in it! Def keeping this one.

Shockingly fast delivery. The outfit material is actully soft and comfy, not stiff at all. Plus, no weird chemical smell out of the bag and it didn't fade after the first wash.

I ordered from toddlerme.com on December 9 and paid extra for expedited shipping, expecting the item to arrive quickly for my son’s birthday on December 20. What I didn’t realize is that they were shipping from China, and they didn’t even ship the item until December 23—after the birthday had passed.

I emailed them multiple times but never received a single response. The lack of communication and misleading shipping practices made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend ordering from this site.

This Company is a SCAM!! Did not send the correct item and customer service does not reply. I will try to dispute the charges with my bank.

Do not buy! I have ordered an outfit for my daughter’s picture day, and due to timing, I even paid for expedited shipping. When the package came, they sent a totally different product than what I ordered, it doesn’t even resemble! When I messaged them that I want to return their product back and I would like a refund, their response was “ Thanks for contacting Toddlerme. Due to the upgrade in fabric and craftsmanship, there may be slight differences among different batches. “ I will dispute the charges with the credit card company now.

Do not buy. Ships from China and takes ages to arrive. My shipment was missing the child’s dress. Have tried to contact toddlerme customer service twice.

Picked these out for our girls for Christmas. My mon always likes to get them jammies. The designs were so cute. They came and we were so pleased with the quality, price and softness. Especially the bottoms. The tops are fitting, but not too tight like most which was a treat! Our girls who are sensitive to comfort find them comfy too. True to size! Perfect fit.

I would give a ZERO if it existed. On August 28 I ordered two outfits for my grandson to wear to my son’s wedding on September 28. I was told to track it in the SHOP APP. There is no information on my order in SHOP. I have reached out to the company three times about my order and have not heard a word back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Their customer service sucks!

I ordered a book bag for school 7/18/24. It was paid for immediately yet the item has not been received to date. I wrote the company times asking for shipping information and the answer I receive is “ it’s coming”. The website says “unfulfilled” So what’s going on here?

If I could give a zero I would. The dress I ordered was nothing like the dress advertised. “Customer service” (if you can even call it that) admitted the dress did not look like what they advertise. I tried to return it and was told it would cost me double shipping price. Customer service never addresses my issues. A complete joke.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Horrible product that didn’t match the photo, horrendous smell, wanted to return and no response at all. I’m not one to write bad reviews but I’m really disappointed. Please don’t waste your money on this place.

Bought for my daughter, she get compliments every time we leave the house. Can be on the warmer side. No issues with losing any sequence, which was surprising. 100% would recommend over and over. Also it’s just darling!

No phone number to call them.
I have a feeling they don't exist anymore.

I never received my order that I paid for and nobody will respond to my numerous emails regarding this situation. I have been trying to reach someone since February. Highly encourage everyone to not use this site. It seems that I am not the only one. I just read other reviews with similar situations.

Awful. I had more than 3 weeks before school started. Paid an additional almost $20 for expidited shipping which they stated was for 5 day shipping. That 3 weeks has come and gone and school started and still no word on where the product I have paid for is. Calls. Emails. No responses from anyone. No answers. No replies. Nothing. Just took the money and ran. Really wish I had read the reviews before buying.

DO NOT waste your time & money! THEY DEFINITELY DO NOT DESERVE 1 DAMN STAR!! These people are a damn disgrace & joke! They shipped the wrong dress style/pattern, $56 later. They Would NOT issue a refund UNLESS I paid $69 for shipment back to China!! It was THEIR ERROR & THEIR FAULT...BUT WANTED ME TO PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR THEIR FUC# UP!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SPENDING $0.01 UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED/RIPPED OFF!!

I ordered 2 baby shark arm floaties.They sent me a unicorn and a starfish one.This company sent the wrong items. After I emailed them they responded 4 days later asking me to pay to ship them back with a $10 refund right away if I accept their terms. So, I lose the $45 I originally paid, plus the shipping for a $10 refund? Otherwise I wait a month for a credit, which I may never see anyways. I should not have to pay for their mistake. Not a good company. Beware!

This is a SCAM!!! Do not buy from this co. I ordered Xmas pj’s the beginning of Dec. , approximately $250.00. The tracking states it was delivered, as of December 28th, I have not received anything.
