Didn’t last 6 weeks

I had initially given 1 star, perhaps a little hastily for the reason below. However, I didn’t contact to give them the chance to rectify the issue. I’m very grateful they have reached out to sort my complaint. I Loved the process to measure the shoes and ordered based on the Independent awards. But the shoes didn’t even make it to half term. Inside of the shoe heel has completely fallen apart. Never known a pair of shoes fall apart like this. I hope this was just an isolated issue with the shoes we received.

Good quality and design

Very impressed by the service and by the quality of the shoes for a sensible price. My son really liked the football details on his shoes too!

Winter boots only for dry weather

We used the print outs to find the right shoe size and then ordered winter boots for school.
The box came with 2 (!) disclaimers stating that the winter boots should only be used in dry weather. Also, they were way too big.
Asked for a return, but that is only possible for a hefty price.

Awful customer service. We had ordered the brand at Argos before (summer shoes) and they were decent. Never order with them again!

Super quick delivery, especially considering I ordered so close to the schools going back. Lovely shoes, my daughter is delighted with her 'bunny' shoes and they look lovely and smart. I don't know how well they will hold up, as we're only a week in, but they look well made. Very pleased.

Excellent pair of shoes

Excellent pair of shoes!

I love the company, as each pair of shoes come in a nicely packaged bear box with a drawstring bag. I bought a pair for my 9yr old son and 7yr old daughter last year and they lasted thankfully for nearly the whole academic year. They didn't have my youngest 3yr old daughter's size at the time, who started nursery. However, I was so pleased with the 2 pairs as you are rarely able to buy quality shoes that are value for money and that last long nowadays, especially for children who walk to school. I couldn't think of any other company to buy school shoes again from. They have a very appealing and catchy design; they are strong built and comfortable shoes for children that are not so expensive. This is especially a concern for those parents who have more than 1 child.

This year, I was able to buy 3 pairs from toezone (a pair for my son and a pair for both my younger daughters) and the company was kind enough to send a sticker with each pair, too.

Though, it is a shame they only do up to size 2 because when my son needs a size 3, I will struggle again to find brilliant shoes that last.

Definitely well worth the money! I can't wait to look out for the Winter boots for my 2 girls.

I'm very pleased with the product

I'm very pleased with the product. Really cute and comfy school shoes for my 6 year old. I also like the bit on the sole of the shoe where you can see does your little one needs a bigger size shoes or not yet.

Great scuff resistance, school shoes

I bought a pair of the girls Clover school shoes in patent leather with a flower buttle, they have scuff resistant toes as well, these are the second pair I have bought as they are well worth the money, and stand the test of time, over the school year. Well pleased with my purchase from toe zone, and I will always get my granddaughter 's school shoes from them.

My 5 year old granddaughter is now on…twinkletoes

My 5 year old granddaughter is now on her fourth pair of toezone shoes, they really are lovely looking shoes, we have always bought them in Sainsbury's as they are a little cheaper. I think that they should be tested on my granddaughter first, she had 2 pairs through full time nursery and has also had 2 pairs through reception , she’s just finished now for the summer holidays, they really don’t last very long, the pair before these last ones were literally in holes at the toes even with the re enforced strip at the front. We carried on buying them because they do look very nice and my granddaughter likes to pick them. I think it’s my granddaughter who is so heavy on her feet that no, they are not strong enough. I’ve read all the wonderful reviews and very disappointed that they are just not for her, I only saw one review that wasn’t good and that was nothing to do with the quality of the shoes. I’m not writing a complaint I’m just giving my opinion .
