We are sorry for this, and your comment really affects us...
Unfortunately, like many companies, especially those that ship internationally, we are dependent on delivery services and their updates.
Even though we are not responsible for deliveries, we are committed to refunding orders for such problems and long waits.
Unfortunately, since you did not contact us about your situation, we cannot be aware of your problem.

Smooth process & Great quality
You always worry when ordering from a new location, however Tokyo streetwear made the process very smooth. The order confirmation left you with no doubt that your order was underway oh, and the tracking number to monitor his progress keeps your mind at ease. The product itself amazing, my kid won't stop wearing it, really was a great gift for them to receive.
