Rude and inept management.

After I was permitted entrance into the store, I asked the person behind the counter if they could give me a hand with selecting a product. They said yes, but didn't come out to help me. I asked for help a second time, and again he said yes, but instead answered the phone and disappeared into the back storeroom. I waited 4-5 minutes for him to return and then asked him why he had left without a word to me. His response was that he "was on the phone." I pointed out that I was there first, but even so, he might have mentioned to me before he disappeared into the back of the store that he was taking a call and would be with me momentarily. Instead, his response "Wow, man. Really?" I replied "yes." He didn't like that, and become sarcastic and somewhat nasty.

There's more to this story, but leave it on this note.
NEVER in all my years have I run across such DISAPPOINTING service in astore. The gentleman who was there really needs to nicer to his customers.

Often when I come in there’s some sort of issue. I order online and pick it up in the store. It is almost never ready between for the time frame selected and end up waiting. Out fo the roughly 10 times I’ve gone here I’ve experienced problems for about 5 visits. They couldn’t figure out how to process my order through the system, the manager refunded me for an overcharge and messed up so she called me to return to the store to fix it after I’d already gone home, they couldn’t find something in my order, order wasn’t in the system etc. Their prices are more expensive than almost every store in a 5 minute radius and the customer service is garbage.

Employee this past Sunday in the London store had attitude.This is the second time I've had issues at this outlet.Poor customer service.The employee told me to "F off" and get out of the store.His next statement was "Get out and you're F ing banned from the store!!!!

Customer service disregarded my complaint about the obviously very old weed they sold me. Won't be back.

The employees keep trying to rob me. No way is cheapest gram 12$, 14$ with tax. Most employees that try that change their mind when I question it and all of a sudden they have proper cheap stuff. But a couple there, an older middle aged thick woman and a younger black dude don't give in. I'm a poor man who can barely afford any weed and they keep trying to rip me off, no morality. I go around the corner to a different shop who had 6$ grams, and 15$ HQ. Time to change my store, how many customers have those greedy employers turned away from Tokyo smoke to another store. The employees that Rob me are there now, feb.19. Sunday. 1:00. The ones that give in and say the real cheap rice are the good people, the ones that stick with the con aren't good people, simple as that, trying to rob poor customers. One more time and I'm closing my account there, this is pathetic business moves, those employees need to be fired. Or continue to lose customers.

Experience at the store was well-lit and very informative. I especially enjoy how the layout of the stores are. Friendly staff!
