Thank you for your feedback and comments. please note that your order has been attempted to be delivered several times by DHL and has already been returned to us once at which point we resent your order. looking at the current tracking on your order which can be found by logging in to our website ( we have also just resent these details to you via your email) you can see the most recent attempt to delivery was in fact yesterday. we would ask you to contact DHL directly to arrange a new delivery time at your convenience.

Please send my missing items

I ordered quite a few times from this website. The order would come out for delivery quite fast. But unfortunately, I often had items missing. The staff who packs the items don't check the order amount. It came to Dubai, where I ordered; I had to pay twice the customs taxes for the same order as well. It's time-consuming and inconvenient to receive.
This time, it happened again. Somebody answered my inquiry about missing items. I had an email to ask for the order number. After writing back, I never heard from them again. Please find my missing items and send them ASAP.

Thank you for your recent review on Trustpilot.

We are sorry to hear of your experience, upon checking your order we can see the shipper at your destination does have your package.

We recently have moved our fulfilment centre from Singapore and your order was sent from our UK fulfilment.

Unfortunately, sometime these goods can be held up by local customs.

I have personally contacted them to help assist the clearance of this order however we always recommend our clients to do the same as we have limited authority over local shippers at destinations and customs.

Unreliable service and poor communication

Used previously and been impressed with both the products and the service. Sadly this time I still have not received any of my order two weeks after they took the money from my credit card. Communication has been very poor with them ignoring most of my emails. I can accept delays in delivery if kept informed, but lack of communication is unacceptable.

Waited a week with th no contact from you about my order, emailed and got answer from someone who obviously couldn’t be bothered, emailed again and got same response, fobbing off. Third email I was sent Royal Mail delivery date, still no order, emailed again and got no answer! Nearly 2 weeks when money was taken already is not the best customer service, compounded by the apathy from your customer services doesn’t bode well, all people expect is updating and then we may not be nervous of using you again.

I have made my order on Dec 16 and I have not received the shipment yet. it is stock between Deutsche Post Mail Terminal & DHL global.

I have wrote and complain multiple times but no progress.

Please note that due to your order being an international order and outside Europe, goods are often subject to customs review and delay. This is unfortunately something we have limited say on. We did contact you via email dated 01.01.24 informing you your order had been dispatched and also in reply to your email dated 02.01.24. In the meantime we again did email you yesterday dated 23.01.24 informing you that your order was with DHL and in customs review. we always recommend that you contact DHL directly via your local handler during any customs hold up and we ourselves have reached out to them to try expedite the order.
