If you care about how your wedding suits will look on your Big Day, Do Not use this wedding suit supplier.
I have never dealt with such a level of incompetence, mismanagement and poor service as we experienced with Tomorrows Menswear.

This is a long review but it is based on actual events and should be read, as avoiding this supplier will save you a lot of hassle and unpleasant service as they spoiled my daughters wedding.

From the 2nd visit with my daughter and the groom in May I knew there would be issues. But unfortunately the deposit had been paid so I didn’t have an option. To say things went from bad to worse is putting it mildly.

I had called the shop a few days after our visit as I wasn’t assured that they had taken the brief and sizes down correctly. We needed 3 short jackets for the best man, and 2 fathers which they said they would order. I came off the call feeling that I was brushed off and told not to worry they knew what they were doing. The next paragraphs will prove they clearly don’t know what they are doing.

The men all went to the shop for the final fitting in Sat 22nd August which was the suggested 3 weeks before the wedding that Tomorrow’s wanted as people's weight can change.

The entire fitting was a complete shambles. None of the correct jackets where on the hangers which resulted in a scrambling session by 3 members of staff to then be told they hadn’t been delivered. I had called 2 weeks previously to remind them about the short jackets that we needed and again was assured everything would be in stock and not to worry.
They then proceeded to make 3 of us to try on regular jackets and measure them so that they could make any adjustments to the short jackets they now needed to source. At this point I took one member of the team to the side and said this is not acceptable, he told me that they had been doing this for 30 years and not to worry it’ll be fine. It felt like they hadn’t been fitting suits for 30 minutes.

I have been wearing suits for work for almost 40 years and never had someone measure me in a regular jacket when I needed a short. The father of the groom was given a jacket that was clearly too small as he couldn’t raise his arms, when he said this a member of staff he was told “sure why would you be raising your arms its fine” My daughter and I had to insist they gave him a larger size.

This man has an illness that requires him to use a walking stick and had difficulty trying to try on a suit whilst on a walking stick and was getting very embarrassed as all of this was happening in a shop where there were other people trying on suits. No one seemed to recognise this man needed a bit of privacy and extra care.
Again I voiced my concerns about the service we were experiencing and was again was brushed off with it’ll be fine.

We left the shop in utter disbelief at what we had just experienced and with my daughter in tears.

I received a call on the Monday to say they had now a short jacket in stock for me which was a surprise as I had left on the Saturday being told it would be at least 1 week before the 2 short jackets would be in stock. Who knows where they got this from.

I made another 6 hour round trip from Co Cavan to Derry and was fitted for this Tux again by Kieran who looks after alterations and was the first person I dealt with that seemed to know what he was doing and had the right approach. I made 2 further phone calls following this and spoke to the Manager who admitted that we shouldn’t had received the service we had and should not have been measured in regular jackets when we needed short jackets, but he didn’t fill me with any confidence as when I next visited the shop I realised that he was present on the Saturday when the fitting that was a shambles took place and did absolutely nothing to deal with the situation. I would question his role for what should be an enjoyable experience where professional staff fit you for your big day and give you the confidence they care about you as a customer.

When I returned a few days later after another 6 hour round trip the jacket was still too long. I am a small man and this jacket looked like it belonged to my big brother. I was so disgusted I took the suit as I couldn’t cope with any further BS from anyone in Tomorrow’s. I was told that the jackets they buy are not of a high enough quality to allow them to alter them and not to let this spoil the day!

The other 4 suits were collected on Sat 5th Sept and required 2 further visits back to the shop as there were issues with wrong measurements.

I didn’t wear the suit jacket on the wedding day as I wanted to look sharp as the father of the bride. There were comments by a few guests who asked how was my suit a proper fit when the others were so bad. Only my daughter knew I had sourced my own suit!

Of all the wedding suppliers we used for my daughter’s wedding Tomorrow’s Menswear was the only one to let us down.

I wanted an additional jacket and waistcoat as an alternative option, so I reached out to the staff about getting the matching set. They were incredibly helpful and made sure I chose the right one. When my order arrived, it even included a complimentary suit bag, which I really appreciated.

We were browsing for a suit for my son and ended up leaving happily dressed from top to toe, armed with an excellent suit,all the extras, good advice and a reasonable price! It was a nice painless experience from a lovely professional young man called Oisin who has a good eye for detail and style and patiently guided us towards a product we were delighted with.

Sadly Mum past away so I needed a good suit for her funeral, I walked into Tomorrows Menswear shop in the Diamond and was greeted by a respectful young man called Oisin, who was very professional and knowledgeable, he guided me through and even though alterations had to be made, they where done and incredibly on the same day, this brings me to the unsung hero, the seamstress, her work has to be seen to be believed, the quality, fit and finish are simply superb, I am so delighted with this company I will certainly be back in the future, so the conclusion, if you need a fine suit that fits you to perfection give this shop a visit, brillant, helpful professional and friendly staff and the world's best seamstress and a finished product that I think will be impossible to match.

Suit arrived in a lovely suit carrier. Customer service is excellent as I pressed the wrong size trouser & the sales rep noticed as he thought the sizing didn't replicate the jacket size & rang me before it was sent to double check Thank you so much.The suit is perfect!👍
