I have been a customer for about a year and every order has been dispatched timely. Interaction with staff and questions on products answered promptly. And the products are amazing! I love them all and I have many but my standout is the Lumos Pro Duo in the most resent Botanical collection. Just perfect.

i got my mum a pen from tom's studio for her birthday (in early september!!) thinking i'd have to wait for shipment etc but i was pleasantly surprised when my mum's early birthday present came the day after ordering!! i also accidentally ordered the ink separately from the pen, but that arrived in the same box on the same day!

packaging was beautiful, very reasonably priced as well. my mum is surely to love her gift!!

i would 100% order again and would recommend to everyone who's thinking about it!

perfect product, fast delivery

I ordered a Wren pen with engraving and extra ink and nibs. It arrived very quickly and it is by far the best pen I have ever used, I love it. Great quality, writes beautifully and not a hint of smudging. Highly recommend.

I started with one pen, the Lumos, and quickly added the Wren, the Studio and the Ori... The Lumos is still my absolute favourite but I love everything I bought from Tom's studio. My latest crush is the Sepia ink, a beautiful colour.

As always a fantastic experience even when I ordered a pen I the wrong colour and they still managed to sort it for me at the very last second.

I love this neat little pen, I love the way I can fill it up with no mess and I love the way it looks and also the way it writes. I had bought one for my son and really liked the look of it so I just had to get myself one too! Very prompt delivery and beautifully packaged.

I just ordered my second Tom’s Studio pen, first a Wren, now a Lumos. My work involves taking lots of notes. I am left handed, and pens are often messy, skip, make it impossible to read my own writing. But these pens are a pleasure. They feel good, they write beautifully, even the packaging is a gorgeous joy. Thank you for making this part of my day a pleasure.

So this is my second order from Tom Studio, the shipping from England to the US was quick and everything was packed with care besides the fact that sustainability is key to their products these product are amazing, I now own two Lumos Duo pens and love them - they are so innovative and will replace all of my micron plastic disposable pens.

I love my Tom’s Studio Wren, it has become my daily driver pen.

The infinite refills and endless colour options are incredible.
