Toner Buzz レビュー 

Well well! I chose Toner Buzz because we wanted authentic brother toner cartridges. They had very good reviews so I placed an order. As it turns out, I spent almost $700 on toner cartridges that actually were the right cartridges but my printer would not take an XXL version of the toner cartridges. To my delight and surprise, they said they would take back… Even though it isn’t their normal policy… The 3XXL toner cartridges that had been unopened. AND even the one that I had opened and tried to use in the printer. There was a slight deduction for the one that had been opened. Then, on top of that, they sent me a prepaid. FedEx label to return the cartridges. I am honestly a little stunned at the superior customer service they have provided to us. I won’t ever go anywhere else for toner except for this company. What an amazing experience.

I needed ink for my printer for my business I needed the ink by Monday the 5th . On the web site it said that the ink would be delivered by Monday the 5th this is the only reason I used this company because they could deliver the ink in the time I needed it . Now today is Tuesday still no ink . I check the tracking it says the ink will not be here until the 9th . This ink is for my business it is very important I have it when I need it . Now my business is behind and all they can tell me is I could have paid 10 for two day shipping which I would have gladly done had the site said your ink will come between this date and another but it did not it only had one date and they did not deliver . I talked to supervisor and she said I had two choices have them deliver it on the 9th or have them send back to ink place nether of which helps my problem . This is bad business if your website tells your customer they will deliver on a certain date it should do so. I will never order here again.

Prices usually beat the competition and the delivery is good. We get exactly what we ordered. We are repeat customers.

Product came promptly and is a genuine HP laserjet toner. Will buy here again!

I ordered my first order on December 5, and because of a third party (a Payment Verification Company), my order got cancelled. But, since then, TonerBuzz has provided me with more than just amazing customer service. They really took my order seriously and went above and beyond in offering me some great benefits! I reordered, and payment went through. And when my order reached its destination (Saudi Arabia), FedEx charged me some extra charges, which, upon sending an email to TonerBuzz support, they even took care of that!! And I get a call from FedEx saying that my shipment is ready for pickup, and TonerBuzz took care of the payment! Really, such amazing customer service is really rare these days. I'm truly thankful to the TonerBuzz team, and especially Katherine. You guys rock!

Super easy to search and find exactly the ink cartridges I needed to order. Checkout was extremely efficient and the prices were great compared to all of the other places I looked at ordering from. Everything was shipped and delivered precisely on schedule and the products were exactly what I ordered and in perfect condition. I have ordered from many other companies in the past and all of my orders will be placed from TonerBuzz from now on just based on my experience from the last couple of orders. I went on amazon to find ink cartridges (in two different colors) for my Dell printer. For both colors, "Capital One Shopping" (which I had added as a browser extension when it was Wikibuy) suggested Toner Buzz as the lowest-cost vendor. The price differential was large enough that I was willing to take the risk.

I got genuine product and I got it promptly.

I'm happy.

This was one of the better transactions I've had in a long time. After placing my order, besides confirmation emails, I received a follow ups via a phone call and a text message. I received my printer ink the next day.
Also it was $150 cheaper than anywhere else. Not refurbished, but brand new HP laser jet cartridges.

I ordered an Original Brother TN-660 Black High Yield Toner Cartridge from Toner Buzz. The price was by far the lowest I could fine. I received it on a timely basis and I was able to track the delivery from the time of shipment to recept at my door. The package was protected and inside was exactly what I ordered. I would use Toner Buzz again.

I ordered HP color toner cartridges for my printer. These are usually quite expensive and I found the best price for these on Toner Buzz. I had never ordered from them before so even though they said they were sending genuine HP cartridges, I was not sure. But they came just as advertised and are exactly what I needed, and for a price that I could afford.
