I am pleased with my quilt/comforter. I was very worried it was going to be poor quality but to my surprise it is well made and beautiful. I contacted customer service with questions and they were so helpful and followed up right away.

Stan Smith Adidas white Alfa Romeo design was what I was expecting but received such cheap copy and it came damaged on left shoe exactly where its visible! So....not sure why l gave you a two star rating?! Maybe fast delivery...

I wanted a wall tapestry for a Nordic-Viking themed room in our home. Tongassf sells a floor rug with entwined Norse serpents that I really liked, so I bought it, intending to hang it on the wall. It took about a week for them to make, and shipping was fast. It went from China to the US in THREE days, and was delivered to me two days after that. The rug is made from a really thin printed fleece material that's backed with a thin layer of foam and a thin non-skid backing. I actually wouldn't use this on the floor except in maybe a lightly traveled area, but because it's lightweight, I was able to easily staple it to a wooden hanging rod and put it on the wall as intended. Looks wonderful! Also, the people at Tongassf were EXCELLENT with communication. I highly recommend this company.

I loved how detailed oriented and personal Tongassf made my order. I ordered a Father’s Day plaque and a day after I had already placed the order, Tongassf emailed me a questionnaire, requesting personal details like my father’s name, etc to make my Father’s Day gift more personal. He loved it.
