I have bought several times from this shop and I really like them because they normally have stock earlier than other places, and do sales all of the time. Their inventory is high end quality and the customer service has been excellent. Special shout out to management for responsive and patient in the caring for the customer. 5 stars 🌟 will definitely recommend and buy again.

I love the unique selection available here and the customer service was great. They walked me through some options for an event I had coming up and put together some great every day outfits as well!

Tons is an amazing concept, the walkthrough of the store is breathtaking and really stands apart. The staff is very knowledgeable on the brands and product and makes shopping very easy! Tons is a standout within the Pennsylvania market, and it is a blessing to have a concept like this in Pittsburgh. 10 out of 10 experience! Shop with Tons!

I ordered a gift for my mom from this website. It was a Byredo perfume. It was shipped on time and packaged nicely. The team asked me to confirm my address prior to shipping which was thoughtful as well. I will order in the future.

I’ve bought many Rick Owens dark shadows from here always amazing, Diptyque perfume was fresh new stock.also found some really nice pieces from other brands as well

Ton’s is my fav one stop shop for luxury and unique pieces in Pittsburgh! There’s large selection of brands, great variety of sizes, and most of all champagne while you shop. How could you not love it!?

Has some nice designers, but now it seems it has more streetwear than previously. Streetwear is boring. They need more avant-garde pieces from some of the designers they carry and NOT JUST t-shirts and hoodies. I don't like that they follow you around. It's rude. I know why they do it, but it's still rude. Hopefully they get better items and stop being obvious when trying to follow us around. I always leave without buying if I feel annoyed or ignored.

Terrible experience, wouldn’t honor return policy and accused me of washing the item and returning it. Beyond poor customer service they were accusatory and straight up lied at the end to get out of a return. Buyer beware.

Overall the store is beautiful but my review is about the employment process there.

I had an initial interview with the two owners which went as well as I expected an interview with a small business to go. I was invited to come in for a “work with us day” which I did.

I arrived 20 minutes before I was scheduled to start. I was immediately tossed into “fulfillment” with hardly an ounce of training. However, I did everything as told. I went above and beyond by additionally offering to help sort and clean. Additionally, I felt I was an added asset by being a small business owner myself with years of marketing and operation experience.

That being said, the working process was very confusing, extremely unorganized, borderline chaotic. I’ve needed assistance a few times throughout the day on some of the brands I was not familiar with and just couldn’t find anyone to actually help. I was doing 10 different roles in one, all in one day with no break.

Understanding that this is a small business, I still asked if I were accepted for a role and I received almost a robotic text back saying my experience is great but they’re looking for someone else. I didn’t fit the image and that’s fine. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend applying for any roles at this place. Don’t waste your time

My experiences in shopping here have been the best. Tons has an excellent selection of anything and everything that you really cannot find anywhere else in Pittsburgh, literally. From Maison Margiela to Vêtements, Marine Serre and Our Legacy… the list goes on. The shop is beautifully designed with dedication to detail and care for what is picked. Major plus for having the friendliest team of people!

I have been shopping here since the store opened. The staff does an amazing job at making you feel at home and comfortable when shopping. Awesome space, great product and caring staff!

Some of the best clothing pieces PITTSBURGH has to offer. Staff is great ,friendly and the store is unlike any other, especially for Pittsburgh. Definitely a store that I needed to check out as a person that loves high end fashion living in Pittsburgh.
