This was a birthday gift for my husband


This was a birthday gift for my husband and unfortunately, the wrong club was sent to him, even after double checking that I had ordered the correct club. However, the company has now have swapped out the clubs which is great. That’s the reason for the 3 stars. Not a great start but a good ending.

First off i'm really sorry for the error that caused you to receive the wrong club, please accept my sincere apologies for that and I really hope it didn't ruin your husband's birthday.

I'm glad we were able to get the swap over done quickly and efficiently, but as you did everything right when you ordered, it should have gone without any hiccups - We want to thank you for your patience while we were resolving this issue.

Replacement Clubs.

Ordered a new set of Cobra irons for my wife using web site, a straightforward and simple process.
Clubs arrived within a few days and were exactly as described .
She is delighted with them and hopes they work better than her current clubs.
