Despite a little hiccup to start with, the problem was solved. I felt that ToolMart personel was honest with me and helpful. All ended well and I eventually received my goods in good order.

I purchased online a Heavy Duty 5 metre Extension Lead 15AMP Lead 10AMP Pin Plug...It was for my vacuum cleaner at home...This is so I did not have to unplug and plug the vacuum cleaner at the wall socket too many times-room by room...Easier. High quality with Life Time Warranty against faulty workmanship and materials...This was mailed out to me not too long after...

Border Express not so good, no phone number to call poor communication re delivery days and times.
They seem to rely on contract divers instead of their own employees.

Ordered three junior hacksaws that were NOT available in store and they were delivered on time and well packed,,,Cant aske for more.

Ordered on 10th because I thought Toolmart was only online supplier to have this socket. Others declared OOS. Didn't arrive until 29th.

The friendly and helpful staff deserve all the stars in the world. We shop here over buying from larger chains and although I won’t say we’re regular customers, the service is spot on everytime we are here.

Also, great communication for my click and collect as although they could deliver it, I opted to collect to ensure I got the gift before Christmas. They kept me posted the entire time and gave me ample notice to arrange my pickup.

Everything on the website worked well. Items dispatched quickly.
