Failure to provide click and collect in time even though it showed item in stock instore.

Your order was selected for shipping, and we dispatched it within 3 business days. The delay occurred because the quantity ordered was not available from one store, so we needed to transfer stock from multiple locations before dispatch.

Shipped 3 weeks late and after I asked to cancel

After waiting 2 weeks for Toolmart to ship my order, I ordered from another vendor and asked toolmart to cancel this order. I heard nothing back for another week, and then they shipped it! It was only one item so it’s not worth the time and additional expense to try to return it - but what a pain! It arrived 3 weeks late and week after I asked to cancel it. No good.
