I recently purchased a puffco pivot

I recently purchased a puffco pivot from their website and I received a notification shortly after saying that my order was cancelled but money was still taken from my account. So I thought like any normal person, that maybe I was getting scammed. Called customer support and a friend named Daniel helped me look up my order and confirmed that it was on its way to me! I’m very happy with the customer support experience and how patient they are. I’ll definitely be shopping with them again:)

Top Tier Customer Service

Customer service was absolutely wonderful and they shipped in less than 12 hours after ordering. Slight mix up while ordering because of a mistake on my end and it was cleared up within an hour. They also threw in a free gift for my birthday. So much appreciated and great customer service. Haven’t even received product yet but the customer service is above and beyond
