Satisfactory experience. Would purchase from them again.

Poor customer service havent recieved my item and i have had no response when ive asked when its going to be drlivered

12 days (of which are 7 working days) elapsed since placing an order which was not received (3 to 5 days quoted).
Tracking information via courier EVRi was not populated but stated item was still in transit & attempts to contact EVRi for an update as suggested via their system failed. EVRi states the sender should be able to open an enquiry so contacted sender. Email received from sender stating order had been cancelled & refund in progress . This has been received thank you but no explanation as to events. Caution if using this supplier - suspect issue is with EVRi!

Terrible service, purchased a Makita wall chaser and paid for next day delivery . 9 days later still not received, they try to blame DPD , DPD in email trail with manger show it’s was never sent out .

Asked for refund , keep fobbing off.
Avoid and go Else where. Imagine they never had the stock to start with .

Easy to order on line and arrived very promptly. Excellent service

You delivered my parcel at the wrong address, I emailed you concerning my order and you never responded
If it was not for this good man who brought my pump I could have lost my money
I am very disappointed by your poor communication

A useful tool at a good price, quickly delivered.

Best price, good information.
Great tool, fast delivery with decent courier.
Highly recommended.

Quality product and service. Thanks

Service was good but the one complaint that I have is that the company did not indicate that any customs duty had to be paid - I was left with the impression that I had paid the full amount. I only got billed for duty when the item was with the delivery company. It's a bit of a shock really when you get a bill after you think you have paid all.

Great price and service
Will use again =)

streight forwars arrived on time
Sturdy machine am setting it up.Very pleased

Delivery of an olive splitter did not arrive despite a picture of a paleted blocked up old gate way down the rd at a neighbouring property. The customer after sales service is appalling and I kept getting fobbed off with excuses. I am a constant tool buyer but will never buy anything from this Company again. Under the consumer rights they are responsible for the parcel until it arrives but they are doing nothing to sort anything out. I am out of pocket using this company and have since bought the same tool elsewhere.

Items arrived as detailed and was as described .

Very good service from order to delivery. Very prompt action. Would use again. Thank you.

Speedy delivery at a great price

Good product delivered on time

Excellent site to visit and very easy to navigate. I was looking for a insinkerator hot water tank as our existing unit kept tripping the breaker. The new boiler and filter arrived within a couple of days (pretty good for the NW Highlands of Scotland). Very pleased with the prompt delivery, excellent Service.

I bought a border s/s spade, at a good price, and it was delivered 2 days later, overall a very good service.

Great company to deal with got what I was looking for on there website very quickly and at the right money tracking very good any problems they let you know immediately first class
