Very easy to order, arrived impressively quickly and far cheaper than anywhere else.

I needed two more sets of sanding sleeves for my Triton oscillating sander and Toolshouse offered the right product at a good price. Selection and delivery were easy and quick. An excellent experience and I will certainly use Toolshouse again.

.didnt have what i wanted after two weeks, getting my money back hopefully.selling stuff when out of stock, hoping new stock will be delivered in time.

Bought a blade sharner but it was delivered to the wrong address and they refused to refund or send a replacement.

I recently placed an order, but although the product shows as 'collected,' I never received it. To make matters worse, the company's customer service has been extremely difficult to reach, and rather than resolving the issue, they seem to be shifting the blame onto me as the customer. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I hope the company will take responsibility and resolve this situation promptly

Unfortunately I made and paid for my purchase but two days later my order had been cancelled and my money refunded, you did send an email stating the supplier had no more stock but I’m sorry in my honest opinion you shouldn’t take my order or my money if you don’t have the stock already in house.
