Waited 6-7weeks to come and now I need to send them back they are not replying to any of my emails

I haven’t received my order even though I have sent many emails asking where the boots are!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
Customer service is non existent. They have taken my money but no boots and no way to contact and make a complaint.
I’m in the process of contacting the industry ombudsman.
Disgusting bunch of thieves!!
It would be a minus 100 stars if that was possible. Not even worth 1 star, keep away people!

I requested an invoice several times and never received any response.

I had been planning to buy from this seller for a long time after hearing good things about their products.

I was disappointed on receiving the product that the boots pictured on the website have different studs to ones sent. This change doesn’t seem to be mentioned on the website. Customer service quite blunt and slow to reply, and not very helpful when this was queried. No resolution or alternative offered. Still waiting on a further reply.

Boots ordered in December did not arrive until February (noted there is a warning on the website to expect delays).

ordered on the 17th dec, after a week i requested a bigger pair, didn't respond until constantly chased. its now end of feb and keep getting promised 'next week, next week' still no boots and season is over.

Unfortunately just horrendous, the boots were taking ages to arrive and couldn’t get any contact with the owner despite emails and facebook messages, couldn’t actually find a phone number. Eventually had to report to PayPal who reimbursed me, eventually got a response from the owner who informed me he had an injury which prevented him from working and decided to have some holidays over Christmas. I get people need holidays and you can’t legislate for injuries but if you are a business then surely you need a back up plan.
Really sad to write this because the product looks amazing 🥲

I’ve still not received my boots. Communication has been poor!! Never again would I trust toots boots!!

Boots absolutely brilliant, can’t fault them.
Wait time and communication let them down. Apart from that highly recommend them 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

I bought a DIY blackout kit back in December. But it took over 2 weeks to ship and I was already going on holidays. So I emailed TootsBoots several times to either cancel the order or delay it until I came back. Never got a reply. Now the parcel is lost and I am still waiting for my refund.

The worse company I’ve ever had a dealing with. The communication with trying to get my boots and trying to find out when they will be sent to was terrible! I have been wait for 8 weeks and I have still not had them sent to me. If you are looking to use this website I would advise you not to use them as they are terrible

Exactly what I was looking for and saved me a lot of money on getting a new pair of SG boots. Boots came back in the same condition and the craftsmanship is 2nd to none. Will definitely use them again if needed.

I placed an order on 23/11/23 and still not received it. When I chased it they decided to tell me there was a delay. It’s now 11/1/24 and still no order and no response t9 emails !!

Product didn't work. Washed away after one game. Boots look awful now.

I haven’t received them yet, I also emailed looking for a date as I know there is significant turnaround time but I got no response

I tried to contact them to see if I'd get the boots for the time I needed them as they were a gift ,I emailed ,messaged through Instagram but got no reply so I went to Facebook and then I got a response. I was told the boots wouldn't come in the time I needed which I understand with it being christmas ,but then I asked for a refund through different ways again and was completely ignored again ,ive since had to contact my bank to get the refund for me .There is literally 0 communication with this company at all ,ive had to give my son the cash to get another pair of boots which I couldn't really afford to do ,now I'm struggling myself STILL waiting for the refund .

Poor poor poor product, 1 use and the DIY blackout kit has started to come away already…shocking product and not happy at all avoid this company at all costs
