I ordered quick coat restore was suppose to be at my house in 2 days. That was 2 weeks ago! Money gone, the web site is a scam!!

My husband purchased a $70.00 plus skillet from this Company (he is so oblivious to unreputable websites). After following the instructions for cleaning the skillet before use, the outer coating of the skillet started to pill away, even before it was ever used. I attempted to contact the seller (via email as no phone number is supplied) for a return address for the obviously defective item and thus far the seller has not responded. I am now going to contact my Bank and report fraud in an effort to have the money returned for the damaged product, as their website states.

They're scamming you and stealing your money, anything they advertise on you tube is a scam youtube support scammers they don't care so long they get there money.

I ordered two of the dogs for a Christmas gift for the grand kids. They do nothing but bark and move a little. Nothing like the short video on its website demonstrates. Before I sent and email about shipping tracking. There was none. They never replied. Not a trusting site to me. Do not waste your money on this site.

One star rating is too high. The tool I ordered and paid for was not delivered. Got a solder gun instead of the whizbang laser welder cutter rust removal tool. Have exchanged 14 emails with "Orla" and "Demi" in attempt to get a refund or the actual tool I ordered and paid for. They have ignored the clearly stated company policy of insuring customer satisfactrion and a refund if not satisfied. Toolubuy is a scam and needs to be shut down for its blatant criminal behaviour.

They advertise a product, the when you order they send you something that looks similar and do's not do what's advertised.

I'm surprised PayPal will accept payment to these scammers. Having said that, does anyone know how to get hold of a welder as shown in their advertisement, if one actually exists?

I agree with all that is said on here, this so called "Laser Cutting, Welding and De-Rusting tool is rubbish ! It is a cheap, poor quality soldering tool which doesn't work well ! The "heat shield" gets so hot, it's dangerous. I think that people such as U-Tube and others who carry the advertisement should be made liable for mis-representation. The same (or similar) tool is sold on Amazon for around £17.00 Fortunately Pay Pal refunded my payment immediately ... Thank you, Pay Pal

I was going to buy the do-everything incredible Laser welder cutter cleaner, They showed mini videos of real machines welding, cutting, cleaning etc. until I read THESE reviews!
Then I realized the website has LOTS of info how you can pay them.but NO info on how to reach them in real life or get any refunds etc.
NO Way could I find ANYTHING about them, no company info. no ratings, no REAL ADDRESS of the company, or somewhere you can actually go and see some one... and sue them for false advertising to a CRIMINAL degree. What they do is Wire Fraud as well as false advertising.
IF you can't pinpoint a company on Google Maps, then its usually vaporware and YOU are getting ripped off!

Total scam. I fell for it and made purchase. Received nothing and emails have gone unanswered.

This organisation is a total scam, run by a bunch of parasites who produce flashy adverts for products that either don’t exist or are nothing like what they claim! The worst example is their so-called Welding/Cutting Tool. This is NOT a welder and does absolutely none of what they promise in their ridiculous advert.
What they show is actually a soldering tool — and a terrible one at that. It has a spool mounted on the rear to hold the soldering wire, which is supposedly fed through the tool via a trigger mechanism and guided onto a heated soldering tip to enable a simple soldering process. In reality, the solder wire exits the guide tube but doesn’t come anywhere near the tip — which doesn’t even get hot enough to melt the solder — making the tool completely useless.
That’s assuming the wire comes out at all, because it usually gets jammed inside the tool, bunching up and rendering it inoperable.
As for their claims that this is a miracle steel-cutting and welding tool? I DON’T THINK SO.
DON’T BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY.

I intentionally purchased a laser cutter/welder which is not as advertised at all, it is just a soldering tool. This tool can be purchased on eBay for $25.00 delivered and is advertised as a soldering tool.
I sent 15 emails before I got an answer, the tool came with a 15 day trial period and if not happy money back.
The web site is impossible to navigate and is far from user friendly and sends you all over the place when asking for your money back.
Still haven’t received my money back back an have not heard a thing from the company Andrée 3 days so now I will bomb them with 600 emails back to back every day until the money is returned.
A word of advice to all steer very much clear of this lying false advertising overpriced company, just thought I would prove my theory and I was right.

Bought that puppy didn’t do anything like a real dog nor did move like one. I didn’t follow me like company said and it look like something that you would win in a contest. Too late for me to send it back and get a refund was in the hospital with medical emergency. But I’m warning everyone who reads this don’t buy it!

Come on people it’s a soldering iron with an attached spool of solder! It’s not a laser welder, it won’t clean rust, it won’t ever weld in the way you expect But it will solder! Misleading advertising full of false claims
