I ordered filters for the cat drinking fountain and the boxes were in a padded envelope, when I opened it the boxes looked like someone stepped on it and the boxes were smashed but the filters were ok without any damage.

This pet water fountain is definitely worth five stars, it was easy to put together and my cats absolutely love it.

Very happy with my order. My dog has eaten through the last 3 leads that we bought!! The lead was delivered within 3 days of the order being made.

So far so good. A great lead, with options to buy at different length. Also, the price was really competitive.

We ordered a dog heating pad on the 10th of March. On the 31st of March I sent them an email telling them we had not received nor had any communication from them other than the order confirmation okay. I was told It was on its way. Today it is Cinco de Mayo and I still have not received it nor had any communication since the last time they told me it was on the way. I am seriously doubting that this company is even a reputable company and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the consumer affairs about this company. If you want something buy it somewhere else.

I have 2 pit bulls and one is from the streets and he has a bit of arthritis so I wanted to find a better lining for his crate. Well let me tell you, he now goes into his crate to just relax and he is able to get up much easier now. I don't feel bad when we crate them to go to a movie since I know they are nice and comfy. They sleep while we are gone and move much better once we return. Are they pricey? A bit, but it's worth it to see my babies so comfortable on their new ortho-beds! Definitely worth the investment!

So far my dog seems to like it. I like the firmness but I’m not too sure about the cover. It doesn’t seem like it will hold up long term. We’ll see…

This is easy to use such as adjusting temperature, well made, and the puppies like it. Shipping was efficient.

We purchased a heated pad for our dog that sleeps in our garage..he sure seems to enjoy the added heat and extra comfort, still likes to stay out more than we do..but he can go in and out the doggie door as he pleases, so we are quite sure he's doing whatever he wants. The pad arrived sooner than expected and the price was more than reasonable..very pleased.

The heating pads are great. Have some old kitties who need the warmth
