TOP 3 In Richmond WILL NOT REPLACE a badly made PRODUCT

I bought 2 pairs of Izipizi glasses from Top 3 in Church Street, Richmond. They have both snapped. Initially they said I had to bring the glasses in and they would replace them. I bought the glasses in. They said yes I had bought them in the last 6 months when they checked their records. They are now saying I have to pay 70% Of the purchase price.

Unfortunately, these were not offered as a replacement by Izipizi in the condition they were returned to us.

I know you are fan and have been buying a lot of izipizi glasses for many years, so I offered you the 30% discount off new pairs in some way to help out (out of our own pocket)

Poor response to quality control

I bought a cocoon standing fireplace in 2021 and the black hood rusted. Top3bydesign replaced this hood but the same thing happened again and I haven’t been able to get a response from them since. Big shame because it has disfigured a good product.
I would have liked them to admit when they replaced it that the same thing was going to happen again, so that I could perhaps have got money back instead. The RRP was $3300.

Parcel delivery was very slow to Perth


Parcel delivery was very slow to Perth and when it arrived the product was broken.

The response to replace my item has been poor and 2 weeks on I don't know what is happening
