My daughter just brought something from them as was charged $5 more than the price it said and then they took another $50 out of her account. Absolute SCAM!!

they steal money from you and keep your card information to do it months after your purchase. I’ve lost $90 in total and it would have been more if i hadnt noticed, they take it in small amounts to be inconspicuous

i payed 16 dollars for a bodysuit. i give my details and address so i can have it shipped to me. i look on my account and i get scammed 50 DOLLARS. 50 DOLLARS FOR A CRAPPY BODYSUIT! never shopping here again

0 stars. I ordered a bodysuit from tiktok shop that was apparently from the website topaztales.co . That was in October. Since then I have been billed every month over £20 each month which i have just noticed. I emailed their support to ask what the billing was for as I made a one time payment. They told me I had subscribed to their "VIP" something or other. I can guarantee i never consented to that, checked any boxes for that and never would have. I also did not receive any emails to inform me that I had subscribed to that, not even in the order confirmation for my purchase. I then went and read reviews from people of the site and an overwhelming amount confirmed the same thing happened to them, furthering my knowledge that I had not "accidentally" clicked anything and that they have done this to many without their permission or knowledge. I am a broke uni student and cannot afford the disgusting amount of money they've taken from me. The email "support" only gaslights and refuses to refund. They claimed to cancel my subscription from their end but there is no way to check that when you log in on the website with your order number and no way to cancel it on there yourself. So instead of waiting to see that they likely lied about cancelling the subscription I contacted my bank to dispute it and made them aware of the fraud and additionally will report it to the relevant authorities to look into. If this has happened to you don't trust if they say they cancelled your subscription. Just ask your bank to and change your card number details online like I did so they can't take anymore money.

It's a scam they took money out of my account weeks after buying a body suit then tried to say I signed up for it even though the money was deducted out of my bank account nearly a month after I bought the body suit I also had not even viewed the website since then so pretty impossible for me to sign up for the VIP membership

Scammers. Daughter bought bodysuit with husband's credit card. Received bodysuit. Then VIP club payment went off 54NZD. No permission given, no email received re VIP. Ph'd credit card fraud, TopasTales not listed as beneficiary on credit card, cannot trace it. Stay away. Great Xmas on phone. Lesson to daughter never buy from an unknown co unless you've Google'd reviews on it!

I had ordered my thing it arrived but they charged my account for the V. I. P club thing I didn't even press and I can't get my card info off I have no clue what to even do I sent them emails and contacted them many times.

My daughter ordered the bodysuit which still hasn’t arrived. And they keep trying to take money from her card which we have cancelled. TOTAL FRAUDSTERS. DO NOT USE

I ordered the bodysuit off here and I look at least a month to show up after stating it would show up within a week and the customer service was horrible aswell and the product was broken at the strap when it arrived, don’t buy it’s a scam
Edit: they have now charged me for they’re little vip club which I didnt agree to, don’t buy from this company it’s a scam

Purchased a bodysuit and am now getting scam card payments from them for things I’ve never ordered. Do not trust this site

Horrible low quality product that was shipped as what I presume was a wrong size because it’s too big and the company won’t accept a refund plus I did not select the vip club membership and my order does not include that but they charged my card $45 for something I didn’t ask for and their refusing a refund and it’s such a horrible company and it’s disgusting the way their scamming their own customers DO NOT BUY FROM THS PLACE

Absolutely horrendous. I bought one $5 bodysuit and clicked a button that signed me up for a VIP club accidentally. Apparently, the VIP club is $30 per month, for 'premium' products, e-books, and free shipping, which was deceivably written in fine print. I mean, $30 for e-books?????????? Utterly overpriced for absolutely nothing. I did not even receive free shipping on my order. On top of this, when I emailed asking about the strange and very expensive charges made to my account, I was told that I could not be refunded according to their terms and conditions. Ok, understandable. However, upon examining their terms and conditions, it is also stated that I should have received a confirmation email prior to being charged that egregious amount for their ridiculous VIP club, with an option to cancel the payment. I did not receive this email, and I know I would have cancelled if I had. However, when the issue was brought up to their support staff, I was gaslit, being told that their system ensures an email was sent. Once again, I did not receive this email!!! Overall, the product was not bad but they will steal your money by tricking you into joining an insanely overpriced and entirely useless VIP club. I would not recommend buying from this store.

i ordered a bodysuit from here and i keep getting random payments to my card from them but never have enough money for them to actually take. its very strange...i wouldn't trust them

Hi, so I ordered the bodysuit for 5$ because it was a good price and i always wanted to try and see if it works but what I didn’t know was that when I ordered from them I apparently signed up for some sort of VIP and I found out when they sent me the first bill for 30$ so i wrote an email because i was confused and they said that i had signed up for a free 14 day trial but i never saw anything about that on the website but I haven’t even gotten my order yet and it has been 14 days since do im just over all mad.
