I paid for TopDog mt4 indicators bundle on 4th August 2022 but up to now I am not able to install and begin to use them effectively. I wrote to the client support unit about my experience, and they attempted to help but the complications encountered were not resolved and they abandoned the issue without solving it. As it is right now, I have installed the indicators but cannot effectively apply them to my trading charts making them useless to me. I reported about the alert I receive each time I attempt applying the indicators to my charts prompting me about "incorrect secure key", but I was ignored. The unfair thing now is that I paid for the mt4 bundle on an annual subscription basis and when my renewal is due, they may just debit my account without considering the delay I am suffering now.

I have been through several Trading Training Programs over the years that all led to disappointment. I reviewed one of Barry's online commercials and was convinced to try his course. This is the best decision by far I've made to achieve the proper training. I've learned new techniques daily and am amazed at how far I've come in several weeks. More importantly I've learned mistakes that I continually made and how to change those negative behaviors.
I want to thank Barry and the staff at Top Dog Trading for the knowledge I've gained and look forward to the completing this course and other courses that Top Dog Trading offers.

Underperforming sales team, no calls or emails. Is this scam?

The 3 or 4 times I have called your office with questions, the people you have never seem to have an answer. They take my number and promise to have someone call me back. This has not happened yet.

Somewhat frustrating initially, learning to set up new scanning & charting software I hadn't used before, not helped by a new version having come out since the instructions were established. However, one week down the track and everything starting to fit into place.

I tried to get my charts for Top Dog MT4 indicators but after many attempts I kept on getting "incorrect secure key". Barb Holmes was very helpful and prompt in replying to my emails. Unfortunately I felt that this would be an ongoing problem so I opted out and requested a refund which was promptly seen to by Barb.

Customer service makes or breaks a sale. For me with Top Dog it was the latter. I purchased The Secret Indicator Workshop after watching Barry talk about the program. Note: None of the links mentioned in the video worked. 403 was the name of the game. A small red flag.

Regardless, I purchased the workshop and was directed to a page where Barry stated that I would receive various emails shortly (never happened). At the bottom of this page was a link to access the program. Guess what? 403.

I emailed support (oxymoron) inquiring about the emails, login details and receipt of purchase. I was quite naturally expecting to get those emails. Never happened. What I did get was a message informing me that all my details had been added to my account and my login details.

Do you wanna guess!!

When I make a purchase, especially online I place a lot of value on the customer support service to facilitate the purchase and ensure that the customer is happy and satisfied. Sadly not the case with Top Dog Support.

From experience with other purchases where I have overlooked lack of support issues has never ended well for me.

So in this instance, I have cancelled my order and requested a refund. I have no doubt that Top Dog clients are having some success with Barry’s program. But, I wouldn’t know about that as I haven’t had the opportunity to test it.

My take away, should have looked at TrustPilot first and saved myself a whole bunch of time and annoyance.

Courses content are good to the point and easily understandable. Questions are answered promptly.

The system itself and methodology, seems to be OK, I'm still learning it. The support however, is terrible. I've got an unanswered email from over a week ago asking for support, and 2 more for support, unanswered for a couple of days now.

First four trades 4-0! Using the TDVT for scalp trading and swing trading. Helps take the guess work out of the equation. Can't wait to see longer term results and report back.

Barry is the real deal and his trading products are very reasonably priced. I have spent thousands of dollars on these types of products over the years and have found Dr. Burns' trading methods to be one of the very few I still use and refer back to. 5 stars for quality and reputation.

a free report was promised with no strings attached, but you have to watch an hour and then the report will be reviled to you, well at the end of the one hour, of course, Barry would like to see the course, so much talking about the course, but nothing about the free one indicator course that was promissed till he mentioned it with a link, which when you try you get an error You don't have permission to access this resource.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I think that i am gaining confidence in my trading since i have used top dog trading , i was always bad at having confidence to even enter a tade and even in simo mode it was scary , but with this trainning i can actualy do well in simo mode and in live mes trading , even thou i still have problems i do gain more confidense as i still am learning the indicators and such

Best training out there after trading for 10 years. Great customer service and love Barry Burns honesty and transparency in trading.

I have learned quite a bit so far. I like Barry's way of explaining difficult subjects in easy-to-understand actions. It is worth my time. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn how to trade the markets.

I am really glad I ran into Top Dog Trading. I had all kinds of lose terminology in my brain, but Dr. Barry Burns packaged it into a clear framework and now I can make sense of the things I was trying to understand for the past 22 months. The courses are helping me improve my P/L ratio and is allowing me to trade more confidently.

Great indicator and responsive support team!

I purchased the The Visualized Trader recently and despite a few issues running it on Ninja Trader. I must say it is a great addition to my trading strategy. It has helped keep me in trades much longer than previously.
