totally garbage， I bought the TC004, package broken when I received it and no one respond, it seems they deesn't have any department to handle aftersale service

BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY TOPDON, THEY SELL YOU AN ITEM SAYING IT WILL BE OK FOR YOUR VEHICLE, AND WHEN YOU RETURN IT, SAYING IT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUR VEHICLE, THEY STOP OVER 50% OF YOUR MONEY, BUY ELSEWHERE THERE ARE MORE REPUTABLE COMPANIES ABOUT, THESE ARE SCUMBAGS, CONNING PEOPLE, OUT JUST FOR MONEY. DISPICABLE!!!!

Purchased topdon tb8000 profesional battery charger not cheap it developed a fault nust over 12 months i was also getting bad electric shocks from car while charging battery .topdon cust service told me under warrenty and would send me new one which the didnt then following chasing it up they denied they sold them in uk and told me they wont help
Cheap chinese junk .and dangerous shock hazzard

Topdon replied they wont support the warranty as not purchased from their uk branch

Vi returnerte varen til Tyskland og sendte epost for å få pengene tilbake. Har fått flere intetsigende eposter som svar fra Topdon. Vi har sendt flere eposter men får bare tullete svar. Nå har varen kommer i retur til oss. LURERI OG SVINDEL, DRITTFIRMA!

Will NOT reset the oil maintenance light on a Ducati
I contacted TOPDON and asked specifically if the TopScan Moto tool would clear the oil maintenance light on my 2023 Ducati Scrambler. I was advised that the tool would perform this function, so I purchased it. I just performed an oil service on the motorcycle and when attempting to use the oil monitor reset function for the first time, it did not turn off the maintenance light. The function message was to set the date to the current date, which did nothing to turn off the oil service light.

I emailed TOPDON regarding this and received this reply from TOPDON but when I called the phone number they refused to accept the return.

FRAUD, FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!

unfotunatley i regret ever buying the topdon plus2. mediocre at best i hope their flagship models at least do the job. its a hard pill to swallow i have a $1500 topdon and a $100 carley that i take in a pinch.. I HATE the carley but i still reach for it over the pheonix plus. it seems like most of the menu items are unpopulated. learning materials is one of them it has two vehicles... thants it ford and GM i think. User manual "unavailable at this time". The user manual!! really? when there is an option to get more information about a code it literally repeats the same thing from the previous menu. There is a language barrior so when their walking you through one of the services you never really know what the outcome will be because english is not the first language. I work hard for my money, long days every day and to get a product like this.. their confidence men. The support is laughable. I have written at least 5 times and each time it has had a question about the hardware, the back of the scanner i believe is suppose to be modular where you can attach and use other devices. like a scope? Its in the user manual but cant find anything on line about it. each time this has been one of my questions and nothin. infact im not sure they have answered any questions. if they respond its a canned response about how they want to do better. i apologize for my lack of punctuation and capitalization but its been a hard day and the topdon simply made it worse.

I have 6 Topdon products and have had zero problems and have used the support team a few times for assistance in how to do things properly. The support has been perfect.

Working with a few different TOPDON products in the shop, including a battery tester BT300P, their Scan tool called the Phoenix Lite 2 and a couple of other items I am seeing very good results. As a professional Mechanic it's important that my tools get the job done and these tools have met the demands of A Day in The Shop on every occasion!

DO NOT BUY !!! SCAMMMERS
They sell you a 400 GBP item lying about the fact that you get life time updates, but after a year of use, the device will not work unless you buy a new license, which costs 120 USD PER YEAR !!! This is misleading sales, and I will take legal action against them, because i literally have a 400 GBP device that I cannot use due to their silly politics.
