Customer service needs a bit of work he was very impatient. especially making a comment saying "how are you going to fly then sir" he made me feel very nervous and shouldn't make a customer feel like they should rush to pay when they are waiting for response via email or text from the bank on confirmation and stuff.
I am very unhappy with this site
I am very unhappy with this site. I purchased 1 round trip ticket for $304.20. My confirmation email had the correct date, time and amount but stated an associate would call with confirmation. That was at 9 am this morning by 900pm tonight noone had called. I called the number on my email. I was put on hold for 30min. I hung up and received a call back immediately. I was given new times which wouldn't work , and different layover airports which i did not want. I was offered a different airport 3.5 hrs away..and 2 airports in different states to depart from! This was nonsense. When I said I'd like to cancel i was told no because it was an economy seat and there were no refunds. I reminded the associate that I had 24 hrs to cancel and it had been 12 hrs. Again I was told I could cancel but no refund. I said my card has not been charged and she said it was declined. So why couldn't I cancel? Then she told me the price was 504$ which is not what their website stated. Website stated$304.20. Thats quite a distance. Im not happy with your company. I will not use your company again. Maxin was who I spoke with. She was trying to work something out for me but its certainly is NOT what I asked for. Why even post prices and times then confirm it by email then not honor the price or layovers? And offer 2 airports in 2 different states . Crazy! I would still like a refund as it was 12hrs since booking not 24 hrs. Youre not honoring what you post. Please consider honoring what was posted for cancelation.

These tickets are standby, and so many not ever be available
I booked 3 airline tickets 16 hrs ago. I received multiple emails that my tickets were pending. The booking site indicated that I had 24 hours free cancellation from purchase time. Of note, my card has not posted payment. I called this morning to find out where the tickets were. I learned from customer service Aaron, that these were standby tickets and may or may not be available at all. So I requested cancellation. Aaron said that they were non- refundable because they were economy class. I brought to his attention that the site says I am well within the 24 hour window and that my card had not yet posted payment. After repeating that loop of conversation twice, Aaron replied, âfine, Iâm cancelling the tickets â. I had to request email confirmation that is supposed to be here within 10 minutes. Itâs only been 5 minutes, but it hasnât come thru yet. Buyer beware!
Worst customer service and misleading flight options (might be a SCAM tactic)
I would advise others to be very careful when booking with TopFlightFares. The website showed a very low ticket price, which is why I decided to proceed with the booking. However, after submitting my information, I was contacted and told that the ticket I selected was either not available or was only standby, and I was encouraged to purchase a more expensive option instead. The pricing felt misleading because the fare advertised online was not actually honored. This experience was frustrating and stressful, especially when trying to finalize travel plans.
DO NOT USE THEM OR BOOK THROUGH THEMâ Consider booking directly with airlines or more established travel sites to avoid situations like this.

I called 1-888-698-6486 to verify my booking. I was told that my return flight is confirmed but my departure flight was not and that I could get another flight for $309, My total round trip was booked at $186.66! When I said no that's not what I purchased, the agent became extremely rude asking if I can fly out of another city which is 2.5 hours away, I then requested to cancel the entire trip. She just said "OK" and hung up. I called back and the SAME woman answered, I told her I wanted to verify the cancellation, and she said it was canceled. I asked when I could receive an email verifying and she said you won't. We didn't charge your card then, once again, hung up. Beware of their bait and switch tactics.

She told me I was dumb for booking with them and to pay $ 400 additional per person to get on the flight. They did not say anything about waiting until 4 hours prior to the flight. To see if we could get on , like a buddy pass, until after itâs paid for. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said no. I hung up called back and someone answered I ask to speak to supervisor he said no. I asked him his name he said No. SCAM SCAM!!! Warning you !
