A long-standing client of TopFX, I recently had yet another confirmation of the exceptional standards that set this broker apart in the financial industry. Beyond the top-tier technology infrastructure (raw ECN liquidity, robust depth of market, and the outstanding versatility of cTrader), the true competitive edge lies in their client support. Receiving comprehensive, actionable technical guidance on complex topics such as self-hedging rules, cTrader Copy mechanics, and PAMM modules within just 15 minutes on a Friday evening is a service benchmark very few brokers globally can achieve. Sincere compliments to Demetris and the Client Operations desk for their remarkable responsiveness, precision, and professionalism.

Horrible experience with this company
Horrible experience with this company. Tried to get a simple replacement because they screwed up my order and refused to instead offered 30% off my next order. Don’t waste your money. Chances are they will mess it up and refuse to refund or replace
