I chatted with Sammy to report that…

I chatted with Sammy to report that someone used my personal information to create an account with them and sign up for a subscription. He quickly assisted me to cancel the subscription and assured me that there will be no future charges and that he will help me to escalate the matter in order to ensure that the pending charge of my credit card won't get posted at all. I truly appreciate Sammy's assistance.
