Slow shipping & misleading customer service
I ordered my item w/ an estimated arrival of about 2 weeks out. I contacted customer service to cancel the order since it had been 2 weeks & I still had not received any email confirmation that the item was processed & shipped. After a lot of back & forth, they replied asking if I was sure I wanted to cancel my order since their product was high quality & my item was packed & ready. I asked how long it would take to arrive since by now, it had been 1.5 months & they said approx 7 days. I decided to just proceed, but as soon as I confirmed via email, I got another email saying that my item would take another 7 days to process before shipping out. I replied again requesting to cancel since I did not appreciate that the prior email was misleading. They replied stating that my item was going to be shipped. Finally got the item about 2mos after ordering and it looks like a picture that was blown up (image is pixelated) & ironed onto the shirt. Complete waste of money & time. Iâll likely wear this shirt to sleep as I just donât even want to deal with a return or risk not getting a refund given their customer service isnât great.

I donât understand any review saying poor quality. I feel like the shirts were very high quality. I had to wait almost a month to get them but it was honestly worth it. It took two months to receive my order of three shirts- they did respond to my emails saying there was a fire in the warehouse (which is clearly in china) and thatâs why it took so long. I feel like they should have sent an email to their customers about the delay. Also, the shirts are a cheap material (they donât really feel like cotton, but a mixture of poor materials) and the images on the shirt are just vinyl and not screen printed on.
UPDATE:
Customer service did get back to me and they were very helpful. The shirts did shrink quite a bit, but two of them were wearable. They refunded the third shirt so I updated my review from 1 to 3 stars
