Attorney Joseph Deeb has been a wonderful help to my boyfriend and our family. Even after his sentencing/court decision, attorney Deeb was happy to go out of his way to help my boyfriend get a deal and get out of jail after being falsely accused of a probation violation, even with the case being out of state. Joseph worked tirelessly, working with judges, prosecutors etc to help him get out of jail within less than a week. He has been helpful, understanding, kind and easy to work with the entire time my boyfriend was his client. Forever grateful! And id definitely recommend him as a defense attorney.

At the beginning of my case, I believed I would be working directly with the firm’s named attorney. Instead, my case was handled by another member of the team. While I was told this was normal, it did not align with my initial expectations and led to early confusion about who was responsible for my representation.

As the case progressed, I experienced ongoing communication issues. I asked multiple times whether I needed to prepare a written statement, and each time I was told it was not necessary. Just days before my court hearing, I was then informed that a written document was needed, which caused unnecessary stress given the limited time.

When the document was prepared, it contained factual inaccuracies about my personal situation, which further added to my concerns. I did not feel confident that the details of my case were being fully understood or accurately presented.

On the day of the court hearing, there were additional issues. My attorney arrived late, and there was confusion about where to go and how to proceed. As someone unfamiliar with court proceedings, this was stressful and left me feeling unsupported.

Shortly after, I retained another firm. Within days of that transition, my case was dismissed. While I am grateful for the outcome, the timing raised questions for me about how my case had been handled previously.

When I attempted to share my concerns and frustrations, I felt dismissed rather than heard. Clear communication and client confidence are extremely important in legal matters, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

Based on my experience, I would not choose to work with this firm again.

His compassion and patience provided us with clarity and reassurance when we needed it most.

I am sincerely grateful for R.C. Pate, Esquire. He demonstrated not only legal expertise but also an understanding of young people and the mistakes they sometimes make. I firmly believe that without his efforts, my son could have faced a decade in prison. Instead, because of Mr. Pate’s guidance and advocacy, my son now has an opportunity to rebuild his life.

Another WOW for the Michael & Associates team! You just can't go wrong with these attorneys.  This was round 2 for me and I have to say I am very impressed again.  The courtroom had a full docket so it was pretty packed.  Everyone was looking around and waiting for their attorney but not me.  Kaytlyn walked in on time like a boss and went straight to the prosecutors and had my charges lowered, papers signed and in front of the judge, I was out the door in no time. I have been through court before and never had such a good experience.  Even my parents were impressed.  My mom asked me, are they really that good?  My only answer was yes they are.  If I ever need an attorney again, I know right where to go because they don't play, they mean business and will definitely take care of you.
