Good product, delivered on time

Received my order promptly. Everything was well packaged, and exactly as described. I would purchase again.

I ordered the 21 pocket cardboard expanding case and was pleased with the quick delivery. But it arrived damaged and had been clearly dropped in transit. The base has a large dent and the front has been crushed.
I would return it for a refund but it’s not worth the cost of the postage to do that.
I wouldn’t buy this product from them - look elsewhere!

Speedy service. Got item that I couldn't buy in the shops.

Purchased an A to Z document folder and although competitively priced it is not very sturdy. As it is made of cardboard I would have expected it to be packaged in something more robust than plastic wrapping !! As a result of poor quality packaging the item was damaged on delivery and the closing catch was completely adrift !!! I was able to refit and secure the catch but as previously noted if packaged properly then damaged wouldn't occur and then possibly 4 star

Easy purchase process. My order was dispatched promptly. Tracked delivery so continually informed.
All items received correctly as per my order.
I'm a happy customer.

There is always a catch when you buy something reduced. I ordered 2 cardboard brief case for filing, it has 21 filing sections in it. Keeps paperwork tidy and all in one place. On closing the one when papers in, the black plastic around the closer button came off the front and frame work from back which holds the catch on came off. I managed to glue it together but for something new shouldn't have to be doing that. Ordering and checkout and delivery was all fine.

Simple, straightforward purchase.
Some short delay in dispatch caused concern.

this guillotine is terrible! Ive ruined most of my art prints using this! It doest cut properly or cleanly. This is a piece of rubbish

My files arrived within expected timescale, and seem to be decent quality. I've dropped a star because of the completely unnecessary amount of sellotape wound round and round the parcel. This meant I couldn't open it without cutting the whole thing open and unable to recycle the plastic bag as it could not be separated from the tape. I have no idea why so much was used.

box and item arrived damaged, and the tracking information was inaccurate making me miss the parcel the first time it was attempted to be delivered.

Good price arrived fast, very happy.

Delighted at receiving a large order from Top Quality Shop.
