Business is closed or they just don't care
Contacted Top Shelf about getting some replacement parts for my brace... There was a multitude of attempts on my part to contact them, for weeks via their site, their own "contact" method, their phone numbers, and their email (and they ignored all messages).
None of my messages were stopped or returned... which "could" mean they are all good contact pathways - BUT, I wasn't important enough for anyone to get back to me. The impression is they are out, or in the process of going out of business.
As a result I felt a need to let other people and services know they are "apparently" no longer doing business, so others don't waste their time trying to contact them. I was a long term (decades!) BIG fan of Top Shelf, but can not recommend them any longer.
