Thank you for your feedback.
We do apologise for the delay in the delivery and work hard to ensure all consignments leave on time.
Overall, we are grateful for your feedback and that your consignment did arrive in a timely manner.
Will use again
Good price, good logs (as in uniform length, we use it to burn obviously, but stored as a feature of our living room so want them to look nice). Delivery exactly when and as expected and the staff are always brilliant.

Hi Helen.
I apologise it has taken me this long to come back to you as we have been investigating your concerns further.
As a family run business this is certainly not the level of service we expect from our sales team as we at Topstak do pride ourselves on offering the best level of customer service.
Please rest assured your feedback has been raised with the relevant members of staff and taken on board to ensure this does not happen again.
Many thanks for taking the time to bring this to our attention.
