Superb service and quality of product.

Smooth and friendly; always puts the wood in a convenient place

Great service, products as required, delivered in good time. Only thing is the delivery costs are too high for single items. For that reason I would shop elsewhere.

Fast and efficient service.

Really good service, easy website and fast delivery. What else do you need?

Arrived well packed and on the day requested. Good service and delivery.

Item arrived on time. Precisely the right spare part to replace existing grate in wood burner.

Easy to use website and I could choose my delivery date which suits me. Thankyou.

Not the usual standard size logs we have come to expect

So happy with the replacement fire brick set for my Contura 51L logburner and leather gauntlets. What a game changer they are! Absolutely love them. Can't believe I've been making do with old tea towels until now. Helps avoid splinters when loading wood into the stove as well, a win win! The fire bricks were superbly packaged to avoid any damage during transport and arrived when they said they would be delivered. They fit perfectly and the stove is much happier too. Many thanks for great products and service, will definitely be a returning customer and would highly recommend.

Fast delivery item as described

Great service every time. The wood we order is the perfect size for our log burner 14” so you don’t use loads in the evening

Great communication and super fast delivery and kindly managed to tip the bag into the garage in one piece

Delivered on the requested day. Perfect fit, so easy to do.

As usual a great product delivered in style, staff always helpful.

Fair prices, prompt and efficient service, good communication.
