No matter how much busy you are…having piles of orders, my customized shirts are just made in time.

As of right now I have not received my prints. Feb 3.2026 7:38 pm I paid 14.42 for UPS I know we had the ice storm but this was over the top late.

We completely understand how frustrating shipping delays can be, especially when you’ve paid for UPS Ground.
Your order was placed on Sunday 1/25, during the snowstorm. Due to severe weather conditions, we were closed on Monday 1/26 for safety reasons. Your order was printed and handed off to UPS on 1/27. Because of the storm, UPS experienced regional backlogs and did not process the shipment until 1/28.
The selected shipping method (UPS Ground) has an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days, and since the shipment is traveling from New York to Texas, weather-related delays unfortunately impacted UPS’s delivery timeline.
We completed and shipped your order as quickly as possible on our end. Once a package is in UPS’s possession, delays caused by weather or carrier backlogs are outside of our control. That said, we truly appreciate your patience and understand the inconvenience this may have caused.

Top Tier Print Lab provides great customer service. The quality of the DTF prints and UV DTF stickers are all great. Always go back to them for the excellent pricing and the fast turnaround when you order within the time frame. TTPL keep up the great work
