We had a 5ish hour layover at Zurich Airport and chose to book 3 hours with a van and driver. We had time to drive through Zurich (city), he took us to the Lindt World of Chocolate which was great then he took us back to old town Zurich for some great gelato and a few minutes of site seeing/shopping/beer in the old town area. It was an excellent use of time during our layover. Also, our flight arrived late which jad me a little worried but they tracked our flight so our driver was ready and waiting for us upon our arrival. Highly recommend Swiss Top Tranfer for your transportation needs.

We were flying into Zurich to get to Basel. Having flown here for business and now on vacation, I hadn’t adequately prepared for the trip. I was getting on the flight to Zurich and submitted an online request for transfer at 7 am. I was confirmed in less than an hour for a 11:35 am pickup. We had a lot of luggage so I had requested an SUV but they didn’t have one available so they upgraded for free to a nicer sedan. The driver was waiting for us described and was incredibly professional. The car was beautiful and immaculate. The driver made sure to help us with our bags into our hotel in Basel. I was so impressed that I plan to suggest to my assistant that we use this transfer company for business needs.

Return journey. Excellent again. We adjusted timing the day before and got confirmation straightaway. Stefan arrived in good time and as before was extremely pleasant and helpful. Very comfortable drive.

Die Fahrer sind sehr zuverlässig, immer super pünktlich, diskret, höflich und fahren sehr angenehm. Die Reservation-Managerin ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Von uns aus eine klare Empfehlung - ab Winterthur zum Flughafen Zürich und zurück gibt es keine bessere Alternative.

I'm so glad we used Swiss Top. This was the first time to ever use a transfer service. The company is great in every way. I ordered this for my elderly mom. They were excellent! They helped her with her language to and from. They were on time and very responsive to my emails back and forth. They made this stress free for my mother. Would highly recommend them.

We recently had the pleasure of using Swiss Top Transfer for our airport transfers - Zurich to Baden, and journeys to and from Basel Jakob Arena for the 2025 Eurovision Song Contest final, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment we booked their service, everything was seamless. The booking process was straightforward, and their customer support team was incredibly helpful and attentive, including when I needed to modify our Baden hotel details due to an error on my part.
When you book an S-Class Mercedes to travel in luxury and arrive in style that’s exactly what you get - an S-Class Mercedes, not the “or equivalent vehicle” offered by UK companies which turns out to be an Audi and anything but equivalent! The car was spotlessly clean and had every amenity you’d expect from such a high-spec vehicle, making all of our rides extremely comfortable and enjoyable.
In typical Swiss fashion our car was always on time and drivers were friendly, courteous and professional, including when we were a little late exiting the arena due to the huge crowds after the Eurovision event. Nothing was too much trouble even in the early hours of the morning.
Swiss Top Transfer truly exceeded our expectations, and we would recommend them wholeheartedly for anyone in need of luxury travel whether for a special occasion or airport transfer, or both like us, I can guarantee you won't be disappointed!

Swiss Top Transfer were very quick to confirm our trip from Turgi to Zurich. They also gave us the driver’s name and phone number for peace of mind. The driver was on time, helped pick up all the luggage from our apartment and was extremely kind and professional. We knew what type of vehicle we were getting, so the only surprises were pleasant ones as Mr Kemal went above the expected level of service. Very much recommended.
