Product works well and no hassle

You are bothering your cliens so much that make them regret that they ever subscrubed to your services.

You are sending people emails at the middle of their already subscribed month about a bill that is due for pay for the next month which you have no idea wether they will still be using your services in the first place. So you're stating that a bill is due for pay where in reality there's nothin due for pay.

Then, near the end of the (already subscribed) month you are also sending 2-3 emails which are "gently reminder"(sounds like threat) about the same bill which is due for pay which in reality is not.

Finally all these confusions made me forget about how good your VPN services are. I don't even remember. All I know is I will NEVER use your services again.

It's the best vpn after tried many vpn on one of most restricted countries.
1. Very good speed
2. Many different useful protocols
3. Good separation of network

The negative point maybe killing you is boring applications
The UI of app doesn't changed after a year and it's somehow old

couldnt connect with most of Internet providers in Iran.very low speed compared to others.

I decided not to do a charge back last time. I removed my card information - that I never approved for automatic billing at any point - so we can let out relationship lapse.

I have no complaints about the service, but you would have more trust from your clientele if you didn't retain credit card information and auto-renew without permission. You legitimately ruined me as a fan for your business.

Fait un bon travail, et performant

Speeds were in consistent, customer service is very subpar over the last 5 years I used this crap. Don't get my started on the torguard browser extension .. outdated no updates since about 2 years ago..

Have used Torguard for many years. Unsuprisingly their interface has improved over the years and support, while seldom needed, has been great.

Customer service was exceptional. Great service.

I have been using TorGuard for years now and every time I've had to contact them for any technical problem, they have immediately been there to help me resolve the issue. Aside from a few problems over the years that I've needed help and advice on, their service works great and is fast. I highly recommend them.

This VPN I highly recommend, my phone hasn’t been hacked in to sense I’ve purchased it, No Ads either and I feel protected and Torguard addresses any issues you may have fast , as soon as you need help you get help after contacting them immediately. Thanks you for your service you provide.
