Torodo Logistics LLC レビュー

The men that came were careful to pack the clocks with care to ensure they traveled safely from Texas to Washington. They were polite and friendly. They made sure they reassembled the grandfather clock when they delivered it. They gave us advance notice when they were on their way both during the pick up and the delivery. That was very useful and nice.

I have used Torodo over a dozen times so far to ship vintage and fragile automotive antiques all over the lower 48. They always take time to wrap everything in moving blankets and make sure everything is secured before heading out. The drivers and service team are great and I hope to use them for many more shipments to come!

The two movers were cautious with our antique heirloom furniture. They moved everything quickly and respectfully. In addition, they were very personable.

Professional packing by the expert Omar. Door to door delivery of a family heirloom. Handling was very delicate and very well packed. Arrived safe and sound.

This is my first time shipping large, valuable items across the country from NY to AZ. Torodo Logistics made it easy and took the worry and guessing out of the equation. They communicated well and were on time to pick up my items. They wrapped them carefully and loaded them carefully as well. The workers/drivers, Job and Damien were courteous and professional. My son in AZ said they were great to work with as well on the receiving end! Highly recommend

From the 1st contact to the final delivery; this company is highly rated in customer service and patience with my many questions to the cost … all this to get my Mom’s wedding gift/hope chest moved so I could have it.
The administrative staff, the scheduler and the delivery guys were all top tier with the attention to detail.
I can’t say enough about my entire experience working with them.

Highly recommend! I chose Torodo because they specialize in handling and transporting fragile antique items, such as my family heirloom grandfather clock. They are the same company that will pick up and deliver; no handing off to other transport companies. There was no need to find a horologist to disassemble or reassemble the clock, as Omar was knowledgeable in the workings of my 100 year-old clock and meticulously prepared the clock for delivery and reassembled at the destination. Also, they came to my small, out-of-the-way town in Colorado and transported across the country to Florida at a reasonable rate. The entire Torodo team was professional and communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

All items arrived in good shape. Thank you.

I received excellent customer service, from the hiring of Torodo Logistics, to the delivery of my heirloom Grandfather Clock, to my home. Jobe did an exceptional job. I was very nervous about the move, and Jobe took the time to explain everything about the move, and what he was doing. He very carefully packed, delivered, and set my clock up. It's Absolutely Beautiful!! Thanks again Jobe for your professionalism. I wish I could give you TEN STARS!!

Your staff was very helpful in accommodating our schedule needs and the entire process was professionally handled.

We had an amazing experience with this shipping company! They transported my mother’s grandfather clock from Massachusetts to Pennsylvania, and because it is a very special family heirloom, finding a company that would handle it with care was extremely important to us.

They did an excellent job from start to finish. The clock was packaged incredibly well and arrived safely and in great condition. You could tell they took the time and care necessary to protect such a valuable and sentimental item.

We are so grateful for the professionalism and care they showed throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs to ship a fragile, valuable, or sentimental item. They gave us peace of mind knowing our family heirloom was in good hands!

Wow! If I could give Torodo a hundred stars, I would do so! Just look up on a cloudless night away from the city. You'll see. I highly recommend this company. Not only were they efficient and kind in delivering my mom's old piano to me, they also swapped my existing piano for today's delivery, because my mom's in front of the picture window blocked too much light. They did this with good humor and care. I love this company...Omar and Moe are awesome. Mike, of Fountain, where I live, was also great. I was embarrassed by spending alot to have it come from GA to CO, but they said of course you need to have it, in memory of your mother (she passed end-May). It was hers, then mine. I am a classical pianist. Their quote was lower than any other that came in. I'm.so glad I hired them. I highly recommend this company. They were also great with staying in touch. Extremely satisfied customer here.

Great experience with the entire Torodo team - excellent communication, care with packing/unpacking, and timing when transporting our grand piano from south Florida to northwest Ohio. Will use them again.

We have been using Omar, & Habiba at Torodo for many years to transport our incredibly delicate (and expensive) custom hand blown glass chandeliers all over the United States! From our first interaction with them years ago (during COVID when LTL started to become too dangerous), they treated us like family, and took such amazing care of our works of art whether it was a quick delivery within Florida, or a delivery from Florida to California! They are in constant communication with us during transit sending updates before we even ask for them and then treating our most discerning clients, upon delivery, with the utmost respect & professionalism. We have trusted Torodo with our works of art that have taken our team months to create, often comprised of hundreds, if not thousands, of individual pieces of hand blown glass traveling across the entire country and they never let us down. Even as I write this review, they are preparing to pick up yet another delivery for us that that will be a towering 13.5’ tall hand blown glass chandelier and deliver it on Saturday directly to our client’s new residence. This review serves as just a small thank you for their dedication to our business, ‘Blown Glass Collective’ because they have proven to be an important, reliable, and trustworthy member of the team by getting our newest creations to their new homes safely every time! Thank you so much for all the deliveries you have made for us, and for all the deliveries to come! Torodo has safely & securely transported hundreds of thousands of dollars of chandeliers for us across the country and we would not hesitate for one second to endorse their business!

I can't say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend them. Not only were the very punctual, they kept in touch with us and let us know what to expect.

The movers were so accommodating and friendly. They took great care with my baby grand piano and my home as they had to get the piano down a steep hill into my home. They picked up the piano from Elm Grove, Louisiana and moved it all the way to St. Louis, Missouri with great care. The communication with the team was great! They kept me updated along the way and even delivered sooner than I expected. They were so reasonably priced and were very professional in their work. I highly recommend this company for your moving needs.

They did a great job with transporting my fragile item. Received it fast and in one piece!

Arrived in less time than I expected. My grandmother's armoire had been very well wrapped and packaged so that no damage occurred during travel. The team clearly treated our item with great care.

The task of getting this furniture from me to the recipients was made easier by the level of communication between Torodo and myself. The movers who came to wrap up the items were very professional and completed the job in a speedy manner.

Attentive and professional from the very first phone contact to delivery of a treasured piece of furniture from Memphis to Chicago. Our delivery was earlier that anticipated and met the restrictions of our apartment community in a vintage building. Our designer at the pickup location was mightily impressed with the pick up team and reports that she will be using Torodo in the future. Our delivery met all expectations, including removing and disposing of protective coverings inside our apartment, and we too will engage Torodo for all moving needs. Exceptional!
