Great way to see the city

The experience itself was really good, Ryan who hosted the tour was friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing that could be improved is the visibility of the meeting point, maybe a pop up banner? There is nothing there to show your in the right place which was a bit stressful.

Great boat trip, expensive 'scam' ticket website - luckily we were let on the boat

The tour was a great balance of informative and relaxing. The path taken by the boat allows you to get a view from anywhere on the boat if you don’t want to walk around while in motion. Our MC for the tour, Ryan, had an impressive energy and enthusiasm that made the experience much more memorable.

Upon arrival, I was told that I got scammed by your company.that your company over charges. I was offered a rate of $28/person. Your company charged me over $50/person!!! This is outrageous! I will not be using your company again and will communicate this overcharging to others .

I bought an extra ticket by mistake and I was denied the refund for it right after purchasing it. This is a rip off.

Very enjoyable trip with lots of interesting comments from the commentary. Small boat but was reasonably stable in the waves. Main problem was lack of clarity where the boat was leaving from and questions raised by other boat operators whether this was a licensed vessel.

My ride advertised that it would show the lighthouse but it barely went through the back of the islands. It was a little disappointing because the lighthouse was our main reason for taking the tour.
The main reason for three stars, though, is the fact that we almost missed our ride because the guy scanning our ticket looked at my phone and said “this ticket is not for here, you have to go down this way for 5 minutes and you will find your boat”. We were confused and had to leave the line and find a service section down the harbour and ask again, only to be sent right back to him. When we told him what we were told he said “ow there’s another company using our name”. That was a such a lame lie when he could have just apologized for the mistake. Anyways we made it with one minute left and we were tired and out of breath from running up and down the harbour looking for the boat because he couldn’t even recognize the name of the company he works for.
